Worst. This app doesn't open, and the support team doesn't reply. Don't use this app. It is a waste of time.

I want to love this app but upgrading and downgrading are not fluid and you are tied into a minimum of a year engagement. This isn't small business friendly and seems a little predatory with the tiers/pricing.

Our experience with Trustpilot has been extremely disappointing and unfair to businesses. Despite clear evidence of customer abuse and attempted blackmail, decisions consistently favored the end consumer, with no real consideration of our side. Support was slow and ineffective, with cases dragging on for months without resolution.

Its quite possibly the worst app on SHopify. Designed without the end user in mind or consulted. When its les work to not use an app than it is to set it up... its a failure right off the bat. Sticj with google and judge me, both take moments to set up. Another great idea runed by zero understanding of the end users needs and setting up process. If they try to excuse it by saying its fraud prevention, they have rubbish controls on their back end which is even more reason to avoid it at all costs

Doesn't work. Clicking "send invitations" now does nothing, cannot invite any of my customers to leave a review on Trustpilot

All of the useful widgets require a paid account, how are you supposed to evaluate the app if everything useful is locked behind a paywall?

The worst service we have ever dealt with. There are no meaningful customization options, and any plan other than the Advanced plan is essentially worthless. Everything is overpriced, and there is no real care or investment in the platform. The service relies solely on its popularity, but considering the subscription fee we paid, the quality is extremely poor and not worth even 5% of its price

I have 3 support requests submitted (starting 2/3/26) with no reply. Have tried chat and several troubleshooting steps that I could find online. The customer support phone number will not take calls for anything other than sales. Would love to know why no reviews are showing in my Shopify shop. I'll have to start using another review tool it seems, since no reply from TrustPilot.

SCAM ALERT: This company operates a review extortion scheme. They post fake negative reviews through paid agents, then contact store owners demanding thousands of dollars to remove the bad reviews. They're essentially selling good reviews and holding businesses hostage with fabricated negative ones. This is fraud and extortion. Report this to Shopify and relevant authorities immediately

The connection is just terrible. Every time I want to go into settings, I have to login. Login is also terrible 30% change to get it work, so I can't even change something slightly. Developers please fix this problem. Small widget on the free plan, no customization. I don't recommend. There are plenty of other alternatives.

I should give it a 0 out of 10. Even after I uninstalled the plugin, it continues to send review emails to my customers, and I can't turn it off or remove the user from the navigation. There's no customer service.

I cant turn off the option to not send emails to my customers... The toggle option is just blocked and they keep sending review mails to my customers. Please fix this i do not consent to send emails to my customers.
