Were to begin this updated review. Twik is probably the best user experience Ive ever had. They had issues with rescans on websites which looked like bots, including on my shop. I accused them of scamming and running bots. They refunded me immediately but also engaged with me and wanted to show that it was by error not design. We worked back and forth for over 3 months and Twik finally came back with a new and improved system. I saw the scan traffic for one day and then back to normal!! That's dedication to your product and your reputation. Even after resuming with the purchase, Twik still stayed engaged even going as far to demo new features and how I can extract maximum value from the data they provide. Looking forward to hitting new revenue highs!

Got charged without even using it!! I’m still waiting for my product to be ready and then advertise it, but this is just wrong, how can one create a business when you guys do this to people?? $50 without doing anything, honestly that’s just wrong

A soon as I installed this app I was receiving very unusual traffic from Columbus Ohio. I deleted the app and this stopped. I spoke with someone from Twik who said that this was a problem with Shopify. He convinced me to reinstall the app with an offer of a free month. Within 20 seconds of installing the app, I was bombarded with bots from Columbus Ohio again. So I have deleted the app and won't install it again

This is a revolutionary app that has taken an otherwise static customer journey and enhanced it to make it personalized and specific to the customer's shopping behavior. This is Gold Jerry! We are well into our second month and have already noticed increases in important metrics like, add to cart, purchase rate. To top it all off, excellent support from Guy. who has taken the time to work with us and guide us throughout our journey with Twik. Must Have APP! at least give it a shot.

I've only had the app for 1 day and my website has received plenty of incoming traffic and this app hasn't done anything. I am willing to wait and see but so far I don't see anything from this. There has been plenty of traffic for them to capitalize on and still 0% progression rate. I will provide updates as they come. Also, since adding this app I've seen a growth in traffic rate. Yet, this app claims to "not" drive more traffic towards your website. Odd

***ABSOLUTELY MUST-HAVE*** Twik has been a game-changer for our business! We have a huge catalog with many products, making it sometimes hard for customers to find the right match for them. Twik's no-touch personalization approach made it easier for our visitors to find their right match by re-arranging the storefront and promoting relevant products. Thanks to that we were able to generate significant new revenue and were able to invest more in marketing. The app's user-friendly interface and personalized automations have helped us improve store metrics and boost sales. The customer support team is always available and helpful. I highly recommend twik and think that it's a must-have for every e-commerce store.

If i could use zero stars i would. i love the concept, but it is horrible. They say it doesnt slow down the store, and that many page speed calculators may recognize that it slows down, but its not the case. This is a complete lie and a scam, my store traffic after the installation, gradually went down over the course of a week, until i have zero traffic, form a few thousand a day, down into the single digits. Ive emailed and messaged them so many times, and i haven't had a single response from a person, just one from a robot, out of a dozen sent messages. There is no support!!!!!, Also, after deleting the app, i still have the store speed issue, because of all the coding junk that, hasn't been removed. Be warned, stay away, i wish i had. I'm Stuck, with this issue, with no way of resolving it. If someone from Twik sees this, i need you to remove ever single character of coding ever associated with this app. This is definitely Assur!!!!

Thrilled with the Twik app since installing it a few months ago. The personalized recommendations are great, and it's easy to see the momentum built on conversions. The app's excellent customer support is also a big plus, and Guy has been great. Overall, I highly recommend this app to any Shopify site looking to streamline their online shopping experience and boost conversion with barely having to lift a finger. Plus, I know they will add more features as they grow. Keep it up!

Update: so i hopped on a call with Roi, Guy and Michael to better understand Twik’s services and it was very informative. It was a misunderstanding and i look forward to continuing with Twik! Old Review: Been here for nearly 2 months and I have a 0.12% conversion rate from them. My review could change after I get in contact with an expert but that’s only one sale. And only one other abandoned cart. Very underwhelming. Once again, could change but low traffic and even lower conversion.
