I wasn’t sure if i needed a cart app but once i added Upcart the cart felt way more modern and intuitive. The free shipping bar pushed a lot of customers to add more so they hit the threshold. Some of the setup took a bit of trial and error but overall pretty straightforward.

We are using Upcart Cart Drawer and have generally been very satisfied with the app. It is stable, easy to configure, and has contributed positively to our conversion rate through effective in-cart upselling. That said, it is important to be aware of the app’s pricing model. Upcart Cart Drawer charges based on the total number of orders during a given period, not only the orders that are directly influenced or generated through the cart drawer itself. In our view, this is a somewhat creative interpretation of what should form the basis for billing and may come as a surprise if you expect to pay only for the value the app directly delivers. Overall, it is a strong app with solid performance, but we recommend reviewing the billing model carefully before scaling its usage.

This app is very inconsistent. ive been using it since 2024 and the new 2.0 update has ruined everything. Certain users are not able to edit carts properly depending on device which means this app is no longer compatible for all users. Buttons you press to do something simple as changing the design (Color) or personalized cart messages, do not work constantly. I could not get any help from a team member because they couldn't even identify their own issue. as well as the other users complaining about this problem.

Upcart is a fantastic app that gives us lots of tools to improve customer experience on-site. Support is always fast and helpful, shout-out to Aina who quickly fixed an issue we recently had with the up-sells. Would recommend for any store

Great app, easy to customize the cart and customer service is great! Had help by Lilllian who was swift to answer and help me, nothing at fault there! But I do fint the monthly subscription expensive which is why im giving it 4 stars. Looking for a cheaper alternative for this reason.
