Jeswin provided excellent support, very responsive, patient, and thorough in troubleshooting my issue. He took the time to explain every step clearly and made sure I understood the setup process. not compatible with the IMPACT theme, so you cannot add the upsell in the cart page

Do not use it if you have multiple languages in your shop. The app has no translation possibilities included. You can only use translate and adapt which is highly limited in metafield data and will therefore not solve your problem. Very sorry, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this app. Support was also not bringing up any solutions that are applicable.

I’ve been using UpCart for a while, and the app itself has potential — but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They take forever to respond (if they even reply at all), and when they do, the answers are generic and unhelpful. It feels like they don’t actually read what you write or care about solving your issue. I’ve spent hours trying to fix simple problems that should have been resolved in minutes if proper support existed. Definitely not what you expect from a paid Shopify app.
