I love this app - it makes my cart experience look much more mature and appealing for customers. I have only just installed it but can already see how this will help me increase AOV. Further, the support team are amazing. I had 2 small technical issues that I needed help with and Jordan and Patti on the support team were so helpful. Both went the extra mile to help me out which makes me want to continue using this app and other apps by this company. Thank you!

Easy to install and set up. Comes with all the options you need for a high converting store. Plus their customer support is world class, fast and pleasant to deal with. World class experience using UpCart!

super simple and it gets that upsell BEFORE the checkout which was really important for my business. Also, the support was quick and they replied on a weekend. 5 stars.

Excellent app, excellent features and excellent customer support. Really simple to use. The cart looks great. Converts very well too. and customer service is always there to help when needed.

We were instantly pleased with the integration of quick checkout options (PayPal, Amazon and Apple Pay payment buttons); something many Cart Drawer applications don't provide. Unfortunately UpCart lacks in customisation options; specifically design and style. Almost perfect but still needs more work.

The app is fairly easy to setup, and it has a beautiful design. It integrates very well with the store. The customer service is A+!!!

UpCart has increased our AOV and has given the customer a better cart experience. I had a question how to change the check out button text and Mark from UpCart helped me within a minute. Great App and great service!

The best cart you can add to your Shopify Store. It is really well built that incentivizes a higher AOV. Plus let's you create very useful add ons that are just amazing.

Patti was one of the best customers services person we have ever worked with. Not only she took a call at 8PM but helped us get set up in 30 minutes things that would take us few hours to get set up properly and run smoothly. Highly recommend this app just based on the support we got today.

BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS APP!! Will cause double counting in your analytics impacting audience signals and remarking efforts. When I notified them, they provided an obscure code with no guidance on implementation. When I asked for help, they told me to hire an app developer. I would think twice before using this app as it will impact your analytics (something we all rely on heavily in e-commerce).

Worked with Mark from the customer service team to best match our original cart design and he nailed it. Mark has been assisting me all day fixing and tweaking small lines of code to create a quality cart design with many upselling features! So far the experience with UpCart and their team has been great!
