I see all these stellar reviews. But we never were able to test it actually. Customer service took forever to finally never help during trial. Were they just waiting for us to be charged and hooked? Not sure. Customer service was arguing with us for no reason. We just wanted exactly what was on the demo store. Don't advertise something you don't implement for customers. I would recommend doing custom work with a good dev. On the long run it would be cheaper.

This is the best app EVER! The interface is easy to work with and their customer service is super fast. I highly recommend it :)

We use and like Upcart, however the Support is ghosting us, and appears to requires a Slack account rather than their in app support

Highly recommend this for any ecommerce store! The moment it went live, our conversion rates and AOV went up. The app is simple to use and the customer support team is top notch. They addressed all my questions within 20 minutes or less.

UpCart has performed well for our store, far exceeding its cost, and we've also had excellent interactions with their customer support team. I hope they continue to grow and improve the app's capabilities and integrations as we plan on keeping it for a long time!

We've only been using the cart + free shipping trigger (no upsell yet), and this is working flawlessly. I Have to say I was a bit worried by load time for such an app (we've had bad experiences with 3rd party currency rate apps in the past), but it's been great so far. Some "finishing" features were missing (rounding of values, dynamic display of currency symbol in the "free shipping" trigger section), and we were in touch with Pierre from support who ended up doing a great job for us. Hope those feature requests will make it to the public documentation, or simply be added to the next release :) Best, Hugo
