Incredible support! I had a problem with my theme, the theme was not switching the cart to UpCart. The support corrected the error in my theme. I am impressed by this awesome support, they even recorded a video for me, to show me what they have done and showed me the error code! That is truly awesome, thank you so much!

Such an easy-to-use app and it has already paid for itself in less than a week. Great support from Pierre and Patti as well, helping to put some final touches to it. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service! Pierre was able to replicate the look of our custom coded existing cart in order to seamlessly blend in with our theme. I haven't had a chance to try out the functionalities of the app yet but this was a big thing for us so we're off to a great start :)

UpCart delivers the exact functionality I was looking for...it displays recommended add-ons as in cart upsell offer. The product has more features than this, but this is the use case I was looking for. I hit a roadblock with configuring nested Buy X Get Y discounts and having them show up in the cart. This is not a limitation of UpCart, but a limitation of my Shopify knowledge and/or a real limitation of Shopify functionality. Patti from UpCart spent a significant amount of time helping me troubleshoot the issue - she even went so far as to record and share a step by step video showing me her suggested resolution. I'm beyond impressed!

MUST HAVE if you use PageFly... even if you don't use PageFly it's still 10/10 though. Here's why. With PF Landing Pages, you cannot add multiple items to a landing page without having the header/footer. This was so annoying to me and after trying BEAM's other app AfterSell I thought it was worth a shot to try. Not only can I now convert more people from my landing page, but I also have a sleeker-looking cart with the ability to not only increase AOV for myself but also give my customers an enjoyable way to purchase. Great job Beam team... batting 2 for 2!

The app works well right out the gate! I'm happy with it and the support was very quick to help me fix a small issue with the aspect ratio of my product images in cart. I highly recommend this app!

Terrible app, messed up completely our store including direct buy links, doesn't work with currency converters, support not replying. A total mess.
I am really sorry that you had a negative experience. I believe this bug is being caused by conflict with the currency converter app on your site. There are 10,000+ Shopify Themes and Apps on the market, so there is sometimes a chance that one of these themes/apps breaks UpCart's functionality. Our team is always here to help though! I highly recommend this App as it is a great application with a variety of useful functions that are easy to set up. Although I had a few issues during the installation process, the Livechat support team was incredibly helpful in resolving every problem I encountered. I am confident that we will continue to use this app in the long term, as we have already noticed an increase in our conversion rate and AOV since implementing it. Overall, the Cart App is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly e-commerce cart solution.

Top-notch customer service. Patti and Pierre were so helpful with my onboarding and code customizations. Its still too early in the installation to report back about conversion lift but I just made a sale while typing this so it's gotta be good!

Got this app for the cart upsell. It has some amazing features like upsell in the cart and shipping protection. I had some slight issues with the app, but the developers reached out and solved it quickly. I reccomend this app for anyone looking for cart upsell.
I'm so sorry that you've had a negative experience. It sounds like the bug you experienced caused significant frustration, which is certainly not what you signed up for. Through our development teams initial analysis, it seems like the checkout redirect issue is being caused by a recent change that a conflicting app you are using has made.
