Very easy to use, the support chat is always very helpful and resolves any problems straight away.

Klaviyo users beware - please reconsider using this app if you also use Klaviyo for your abandoned cart emails. Once you install this app, Klaivyo will no longer be able to see the scripts for adding to cart. It took us weeks to work out what the issue was (and thousands lost in revenue) before we worked out it was this app. When I contacted support about the issue, they actually knew about the issue but they don't let you know at install. I don't normally leave 1 star reviews but the coding on this app really impacted our store negatively. Support should offer to install this properly with custom coding for those customers using Klaviyo.

This app is great and the response time is excellent. I am able to resolve any issues (rarely any) in a timely manner.

UpCart dev team is on point for anything you need. App is definitely worth getting. Everything works seamlessly and functions with many other different apps. If you are looking for a well-working, well-looking and well-adjustable app that lets you add great upsell- and cross-sell features to your shopping cart, this is the app for you. I tried some apps before this one, they were all lame. This one is what I was looking for, glad I found it. Definitely helps a lot to increase the AOV!

customer service was great, the functions work well and the parts that I couldn't get to match my theme the team helped out with instantly.
