Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced, we know how frustrating it can be when your cart isn’t working as expected after uninstalling an app. Just to clarify: UpCart does not leave any residual code behind after being uninstalled. We’ve built the app to remove itself cleanly from your theme to avoid exactly this kind of issue. That said, we’re aware that some other cart apps may leave behind code, which can sometimes lead to conflicts, even after removal. We’re always happy to help clarify what’s going on, even if you’re no longer a customer, and point you in the right direction if needed.
