Hi, I had installed your app but it didn’t work as expected for my store, so I uninstalled it shortly after. However, I’ve been charged for this billing cycle. I kindly request a refund for this charge as the app was not in use. Looking forward to your support. Thank you.

Probé esta App hace unos meses y era una herramienta externa, ahora volví y noté que han hecho cambios, ahora ya está integrada dentro de shopify, en general han mejorado. La App me parece fácil de usar y bastante completa para manejar diferentes bundles. Su soporte es muy bueno, Shaun despejo algunas dudas que tenía, fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

I've been in contact with countless user support services in my time, but I've never come across such a friendly, fast and convenient customer service. they lie about it being free. its not free. do not fall for it. they need to update their shopify app page to reflect the subscription plan
Summary: There was a misunderstanding about pricing - UFE is currently on a free plan, and merchants who accept free plan it will continue using it for free. Hi, We’re really sorry for the confusion and for the experience that led to this experience. We understand how frustrating pricing misunderstandings can be, and we truly appreciate your feedback. UFE previously had a different pricing structure, and some older information may still reflect those past plans. Over the past few months, we moved to a free plan while introducing a new interface and adding more features, so merchants could try everything freely without cost. While we may introduce pricing plans again in the future, merchants who have already accepted the free plan will continue to use the app free forever and will not be charged. We regret that this wasn’t communicated clearly enough and caused confusion. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to connect and clarify everything properly. This is a great app for bundles and upselling. It integrates nicely in the store. Very professional looking. Plus, the customer service is very good. Shaun assisted me recently and he was able to fix my issue right away. I will be using more of the features of this app on my site.
