I use a custom theme, which is not easy to add new apps to. After installing UFE Cross Sell & Upsell Bundle, I needed some help for setting the app up for my needs and functionallity. The team behind this app are the definition of gold standard service. We own 5 websites 1 of which is a wholesale site. All websites use the same advanced theme which actually has bundle functionality built in however it was very clunky and not the most robust way of maximising upsell margins. The UFE app is extremely user friendly and powerful in terms of upselling free gift promotions and bundling products together. For my trade site in particular, it has numerous customisations meaning I needed an alternative solution which was better than both the theme option and the wholesale third party app I need to use. I had an issue with bundles previously in the sense that I couldn't get it to integrate between all custom code on the site however the team at UFE were able to override this with the clean code meaning all my problems were solved within one hour of install. It is so simple to use and set up various funnels. The customer service aspect is tremendous and they reply within just 5 minutes! Any technical issue with script were resolved within 30 minutes of raising a ticket which personally for me is a breath of fresh air! If anyone has complex builds that don't work with other apps or pre built functions within a theme, I would seriously consider UFE as it does everything you could want from a bundle app and it seamlessly integrates with complex code.

One of the most OVER PRICED UNFAIR CHARGING MODELS of all the apps we have on Shopify (which is saying something). Having used this app for quite some time now to create bundles for products its pricing is very unfair as it charges based on all the sales you do across your entire site. So even if the sale is not from a bundle the app still takes a commission. Maybe 1% of our sales come from a bundle but they benefit from 99% commission on top of the fixed fee. The pricing model needs changing if this app is to beat the competition. UPDATE: Thanks for the reply but my point is that this app is not fair as its charging for ALL sales not BUNDLE sales. The App deals with bundle sales not all sales so it should charge only for Bundle sales it makes not all the sales when that is only 1% or less. You are taking commission where none should be due but your reply seems to gloss over that key point. UPDATE: March 2023 - Shopify are bringing their own FREE version of this app out so need to get caught in the trap of expensive apps like this. We were offered a flat rate of $19 for unlimited orders but this app is still too overpriced if its not actually selling many items via the app and for many there will be no longer any need to use this app in the future once Shopify launches its imminent bundle app

Our Pricing is based on the Sales Volume of the store, it depends on the simple logic that small stores pay small or even $0, and big stores pay big. so merchants with 60 orders per month need to be billed $9.99 per month, and those who are having 100,000 orders per month need to be billed $249.99 per month, and this can vary each month. That's the reason you need to accept the maximum possible amount. It doesn't mean you will be charged the maximum amount every month. You will only be charged based on the orders of your store. Great app, comes loaded with a lot of upsell functionalities yet it hardly impacts the website speed. After just one month into the app, I have seen an upside in the revenue of my store. Good app to "Cross-selling" and fast CS support. Recommended. For non-English countries, some features wouldn't fit to customers perception, but the app has a 7-day free trial, so you could test it and figure it out if it works out for you.

This is a very configurable app. It's so configurable that it might take a little time to get it dialed in. But once you do, it's great! I had some issues with the integration, and the support team was quick, helpful, and thorough. You guys rock! Thanks for all your hard work!
