One of the most OVER PRICED UNFAIR CHARGING MODELS of all the apps we have on Shopify (which is saying something). Having used this app for quite some time now to create bundles for products its pricing is very unfair as it charges based on all the sales you do across your entire site. So even if the sale is not from a bundle the app still takes a commission. Maybe 1% of our sales come from a bundle but they benefit from 99% commission on top of the fixed fee. The pricing model needs changing if this app is to beat the competition. UPDATE: Thanks for the reply but my point is that this app is not fair as its charging for ALL sales not BUNDLE sales. The App deals with bundle sales not all sales so it should charge only for Bundle sales it makes not all the sales when that is only 1% or less. You are taking commission where none should be due but your reply seems to gloss over that key point. UPDATE: March 2023 - Shopify are bringing their own FREE version of this app out so need to get caught in the trap of expensive apps like this. We were offered a flat rate of $19 for unlimited orders but this app is still too overpriced if its not actually selling many items via the app and for many there will be no longer any need to use this app in the future once Shopify launches its imminent bundle app

Our Pricing is based on the Sales Volume of the store, it depends on the simple logic that small stores pay small or even $0, and big stores pay big. so merchants with 60 orders per month need to be billed $9.99 per month, and those who are having 100,000 orders per month need to be billed $249.99 per month, and this can vary each month. That's the reason you need to accept the maximum possible amount. It doesn't mean you will be charged the maximum amount every month. You will only be charged based on the orders of your store. After trying several bundle up-sell apps i found the UFE app to be the by-far best option. The mass product-editing funnel option is great! Excellent service and support.

Great app, comes loaded with a lot of upsell functionalities yet it hardly impacts the website speed. After just one month into the app, I have seen an upside in the revenue of my store. Good app to "Cross-selling" and fast CS support. Recommended. For non-English countries, some features wouldn't fit to customers perception, but the app has a 7-day free trial, so you could test it and figure it out if it works out for you.

This is a very configurable app. It's so configurable that it might take a little time to get it dialed in. But once you do, it's great! I had some issues with the integration, and the support team was quick, helpful, and thorough. You guys rock! Thanks for all your hard work!

I installed this app to try. It didn't fit my needs so deleted it during the trial period. App leaves code you need to manually delete from your store. If you're just going to to try make sure you're comfortable with removing their leftover code manually.
Hi Omer Ozener, thank you for the review! But that's not true 🚫 (New merchants don't get confused). I can explain in detail, our app is one of the few apps that do this in a clean way!! 🧹 1. Most of the apps add some code to the theme for the proper working of the app. But most of the apps don't remove it because after uninstall apps lose access to the theme. 🥊 2. What UFE do differently is we optimized 🪄 our code in a way that it only loads the code if the app is installed. (For other apps, the theme injected code still loads and runs in merchants store) # In order to check it yourself, install and uninstall UFE, then 🤿 Step 1: go to your store in Chrome browser and press "Ctrl + U" or "⌘ + U" to view the source code of the store Step 2: Find for "ufe.helixo.co" keyword inside it, so you can check whether the code still adding on to the storefront or not. In our case, you can't find "ufe" related keywords because it's designed in a way to include only if the UFE is installed. But this is not the case for some other apps. For the sake of transparency, after uninstall, we do send an email to the merchant informing about removing code snippets with a detailed article about it.
