A great app, even for technologically-challenged folks like myself which brings me to the support staff. They are patient, knowledgeable and solved my issues (all user error) right away. (FYI, when I messaged the support staff in the middle of the night, I received a message saying it was during off hours. Little did I know that the in the morning I'd have an answer along with a screenshot showing me what to do.) Great service! Great app!

This is a great App ive been using it for a few years now and any time i get stuck their help desk is on top of it. Today Archana from their help desk help me fix a logic problem I was having with the add to cart button and its position and right away she noticed that the delineator was wrong and it was a simple thing but i was stuck. great app and great service. also the analytics show that we get more engagement from the widgets and we even notice people who don't check out online come into the store and purchase the product.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Support, immer hilfreich und lösungsorientiert, wenn man das Problem gut schildert. Auch die App selber gefällt uns, wir hoffen, dass es bald mal möglich sein wird, die Texte darin in mehrere Sprachen zu übersetzen - derzeit zeigen wir in unserem mehrsprachigen Shop alles in 3 Sprachen an, was etwas überladen aussieht.

There are some functions that don't perform exactly the way I want it to, but for a cross/upsell app it does the job. Support is also very prompt and tries their best to help resolve my issues or find an alternate way to achieve what I want. Appreciate the effort and service they provide.

Very good designed App that integrates very well on every page and works amazing. You can easily customize with built-in features or your own css to match your site. The support is responding nearly same minute you ask in the chat and is very helpfull with all you questions. If you have a multi-language site there is some small downsides, but they are hopefully solved very soon. If you work with cross-sells and bundles you want to try this app.

We sell meals and we wanted to include an option for people to add extras to the order. UFE was perfect for this, and we were able to customize the style so it would fit our design. Customer support helped us several times, and they were always attentive and helpful.
