I had been with my previous app for 4 years and was afraid to try something new even though my sales were dipping. I was never satisfied with the look of the app and the ease of use. I made the switch to Vajro in July 2023 and I am proud of the way my app looks now. Let's face it, you only have one chance to make a good first impression. I feel like my sales are becoming more balanced and less reliant on Live Sales. The team is easy to work with and has addressed every question, concern, and helps me quickly anytime I need it. I have been very satisfied with my move and I love that the app is a set price and not a percentage of my sales. I am so glad I took a leap of faith because I am much happier with Vajro.

Vajro isn’t providing accurate support. There app hasn’t worked in months and they aren’t addressing the error by fixing it. Instead they require me to install another app which I have to pay for. A zip code validator app. Their app should work without it. I also spent thousands on ads and no checkout orders as a result of a zip code validator which is mandatory and doesn’t work by default.

I must say in today modern era of shopping and selling, tools for marketing is necessary. You also need a team that is always able to assist you when you in a bind when collecting your tools. This company does a great job of being able to connect your issues to be resolved and still able to give you space to be creative while building your mobile app. I did my research and also know how my budget is and if you looking for great customer service and an affordable setup, then this is a good recommendation.

The Vajro developers are amazing!!! We have been with them for over a year and our customers love the ease of app purchases! The design process is so smooth and they really capture your brand! They do as much as they can to elicit a 5 star review, and this is before they complete any task, that should be a red flag. They do more in the form of requesting and demanding a 5 star review than actually providing 5 star service. They do as little as possible to take a Shopify store and put it into a poorly designed and even worse supported app. That said, there is clearly a product platform that could be run properly, for reasons that escape me, it isn't.

I am always so impressed with Vajro's customer service! It's not very often I have questions for them because truly the app is EXTREMELY user friendly and customizable - but any time I've interacted with them, they've quickly helped us! I LOVE the customizations they offer and it's so nice to be able to go live within your app for your customers! Our customers love how user friendly it is to shop on the app too! It's definitely helped grow our business!
