So far the set up process for the app has been very easy. I had customer support reach out right away to help and begins setting everything up. Kirthiga did a walk through with me and was also great to explain my options. Once the app goes live we have am additional onboarding call to begin the live selling process and set up. It truly is nice to have great customer service!

I highly recommend this Vajro developer to everyone. I received on-time resolution, excellent service, and very friendly customer support. Personally, Vaishnavi has very good knowledge; she helped me a lot. They offer numerous features and provide articles to understand them better, along with a user-friendly Vajro dashboard. Don't do it. At first, they were very responsive and helpful in getting the app launched. But over time they became less and less responsive. They control the app design so you can't update it yourself. I've requested updates to our app for two months, and they keep responding with "give us a little time to work on it". It's a trap thats hard to escape once they have your app live. Update: They've rebranded but its just as bad. They say 24 hour response time for queries and you wait weeks and hope someone responds.

My experience going from a zoom call consult all the way thru the build of the mobile app was amazing. Everything was explained so clearly to me, all questions were answered and I have full confidence going forward that the amazing support will continue, all while I have been set up for success with my new app!

I would be cautious with this app. We have another Shopify store we used it for - and I am in this account to leave a more accurate review. When you first set up, they present a review request prior to the work being done - so you think you are leaving a review toward the end, however you are not. The customer service upon the first meeting is outstanding. So naturally, you leave a 5-star review. Then, after the review is left all the problems arise. This account was first set up incorrectly with Apple. We have a boutique business, and they set it up as an Individual account. It still says my personal name on the app. Our business is an LLC with a DBA of our Boutique. They did not ask the appropriate questions during the set up to set it up correctly. On Android, we cannot verify our business since it is an LLC with one name but legally doing business as another name. All of our utility bills are under our LLC. Once again, it was submitted incorrectly. They basically came in, threw something together, requested a premature review, left us a bundle of problems, and took the $100 monthly fee. Shopify is steering clear because this is a third party app. They have reached out to offer a complimentary marketing person to help us with getting more business, but no one of any such person reached out. We are at a loss since the entire app was setup with Apple and Android incorrectly, and now we cannot use an app with our store.

I have really enjoyed the process and how easy it is to set up my new app. They have been very helpful in anything that I need or need to learn new. Love all the features the app gives. The team is very helpful and proactive always ready to help.

Really I like the app design and the functionalities. Tried multiple app developers, all failed to fulfill the things which we always wanted to include in our App. Also to give that unique touch to the app which was in sync with our online website. Vajro team did it all. Specially Krithiga Ji & Sumit Ji, Helped in understanding the same and Did the perfect thing which we wanted without any follow up.

Very easy to follow, much easier to complete than I anticipated. Porselvi was extremely patient and guided me though the process with no problems. I would recommend to anyone that wishes to create their Shopify app! Thank you!!
