Mega App und perfekter Kundenservice! Update: nach langer Nutzung haben wir uns nun für einen anderen Anbieter entschieden, der kostenlos eine wesentlich umfangreichere Lösung anbietet, die einfacher zu bedienen ist. Schade, das Team ist toll, aber hier fehlen Weiterentwicklungen.

This app is well thought out and works much better than similar apps in the Shopify App Store. For my application, I needed to specify add-ons to increase the value of each cart and also offer customers more flexibility. It looks good in the cart, and works effectively and efficiently. Customer service has been fabulous. Impressive, all the way around.

This app is absolutely AWESOME! I am not a computer person. I enjoy being creative and making pretty things. Setting up my online store was a struggle until the Shopify agent recommended this app. So grateful to the developers for making it make sense! It is so easy to navigate. I can't say enough great things!

I have search for customization apps. The app should also offer any upcharges and add to price. I have found it tedious to either know code, or manual installs. This app is by far the best that I have used and works perfect for my upsell add ons. I actually came across on a Youtube search and one company was using it. I have found it is so very easy to create and at the same time extremely user friendly. You have nothing to lose with a trial period. Have not needed tech support yet to make an further comments, if I do I will update review. Nice work team

This app is user friendly, and Martin's customer service is GREAT! I was experiencing an issue with my account and he fixed it quickly, then sent follow up emails with other tips I would not have even known to think of. The ease of use and the customer service has made the launch of customizable jerseys on our website a positive experience.

Great app! Have been using it for 1.5 years for multiple stores of mine and I am still very satisfied with it! The pricing plans are very fair as well in my opinion!

Works/looks great on the Customer end. However, through the back end, there is not an option to add a SKU number for a variant. Also if a variant is purchased, since it "doesn't require shipping," it doesn't transfer over into ShipStation and the order comes in as the Standard product.
Hi Bryce. I sent you an email about how to fix the Shipstation problem by making our app's options have required shipping. Does what it says and customer service quickly and solves anything that didn't go well. You can do everything with this that is not possible with the standard variants of Shopify.

Absolutely brilliant app and addition to your online store, it worked way better than any other that I tried and the support is there if you need it for a small two person business they do very well at replying so fast. Highly recommend.

This app is soooo great! I sell made to order apparel that is customizable. The ability to use functional logic to guide the customer through the customization process where we offer hundreds of options that change depending on what has been selected has made our customization pages some of the most visited on our website. The only thing that is better than the product is the service. I recently discovered that there was an issue with the add to cart button not working and after an email and in under 24 hours they were able to find the issue, and have my theme and their app working perfectly again. Decided right then it was time to right an epic review that is much deserved. I would leave a 100 star review if I could, its just so nice to know that this team is active and responsive when there is urgent issues that can effect sales. Im genuinely impressed by the apps capabilities and the support is incredible. Thank you guys!

It is very hard to understand your product before I even start. On one had it says you won't be charged until you upgrade, then it says you have a 14 day trial after which it will be $9.99? Which one is it?
Update: We just updated our app :) You will now be allowed to use our app for free with unlimited product options on one product. We also still offer the app completely free to anyone on a development store. Old reply: Hi Steven. I sent you an email explaining everything there. Our app is free for development stores and merchants that are on a Shopify Trial and not on a paid plan for Shopify. If you are on a paid Shopify Plan then we have a 14-day trial to test out the app before paying for the app subscription. After years of having this app at 9.99 I noticed my add ons not working. I was then told I needed to upgrade! Like what?? You are thieves - no prior notification. I chose a plan and get told I need to upgrade when nothing has changed from my side? I do not recommend
Hi Cheryl, I'm sorry there was a little confusion on what plan you had to be on for price add-ons to work. We try our best to clearly communicate that price add-ons are only available on the Advanced Plan. From day one we have had this information clearly stated on the app listing and plans page in our app. I also see you emailed us 3 years ago that price add-ons weren't working. We replied stating you needed to be on the Advanced Plan for price add-ons to work. After that, I see you were on the Advanced Plan for 2 years. Several months ago you downgraded the app again and sent an email about the same issue. We replied again stating the price add-ons are only available in the Advanced Plan. We are just a two-person company trying to make the best apps possible with the best customer service. If you think there is another place where we could have this information please email me back and let me know.
