My store relies on this app as we have hundreds of variations to our product lines. Using this app made uploading smooth and painless. When I had an issue with the app, I contacted Jon who immediately got is technical expert, Martin to look into my case. By the next morning all my issues were resolved! Highly recommend this app for adding extra product options to your site!

A very versatile, robust, and functional app. We are so happy to have found and installed it on our site- it's made a huge difference on the product pages, allowing us to sell products in ways that we were unable to do before using the app. Be sure to look into the Settings area. There are tons of ways to finetune the app to best suit whatever you are selling. And most importantly, the Support is outstanding! Jon and Martin are incredibly helpful and thorough. Thank you!

The best app! While I wish Shopify had more variants just integrated within shop listings, I am glad this variant app exists. It’s THE BEST. Also, they’re extremely responsive and helpful by contact form/email if you have questions. I’ve been using this app for several years and it prevents me from having to follow up with clients for missing information because their “note at checkout” dropped off. I can’t believe I used to do the “leave a note at checkout with X, Y, Z”. I love that I can also print my orders and these variants show up on the order print-outs. I use a discount app to allow discount codes to work with the pricing variations and all of that has worked seamlessly through busy times like Black Friday… and just year-round in general. Last Black Friday was just so much better because of having this app. I could actually spend time with family and not be stuck to my phone. I also think more people order when it’s a am easy and clear user-friendly experience which is what this app helps with. Thank you.

does not allow variants to send digital files. The developers offer no assistance. Take it as it is or leave it. UPDATE: no app like Variant Option Product Options that I could find allows digital downloads. I found a workaround after spending 2 weeks and figured out that I could use shopify's variants for the digital downloads, then use Variant Option Product Options for the remainders. The pricing ads up correctly. so i did reinstal the app and it is working I wish they could have told me about a workaround instead of me spending 30 hours of my time figuring out a workaround. they should give me free lifetime subscription for helping them resolve their problem.

This app is exactly what we needed after finding out the limitations of variations the default shopify allows on the products. I have been using this app for several months and it has gotten even better now that I can allow my customers to personalized and upload images for the product. Their customer service support is by far one of the best as they respond almost instantly. Very crucial when it comes to building your own website and needing help right away.

By far the best customer service experience I have ever had. I had an issue with orders not having detail variances coming through. Send an email and almost immediately got a response and a list of how to fix the issue. Thank you so much for your great customer service and helping me understand.

I needed a way for my customers to leave me a note because the default note box wouldn't always carry through. I only recently started using this app and so far no issues. I tested with one product then duplicated to other products with ease. It offers exactly what I need, hasn't messed up my settings, my other variants are still there, and customers are able to checkout without issue. This app was a huge relief to the default note box headache I was having.

Great so far. I do enjoy the ability to edit and add services this way. I would like some type of bulk editor if possible though.
