Disclaimer: I've used this app with only 1 product at time of review but so far I am loving this app! I wanted to offer a new product to my customers and let them customize it, which VOPO knocked out of the park for me and my customers.. Did not have a single person that ordered have an issue with placing an order via this app which is always a great thing Thank you so much for offering a product that exactly fit my needs!

This app allows us to offer a variety of customization options for our products. It’s user-friendly, easy to navigate, and works great. Support was fast to respond and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoy using the Shopify app "Variant Option Product Options" because it allows me to create visually appealing product variants in a user-friendly manner. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and helps me to showcase my products in the best way possible. Overall, I find it to be an excellent tool for my e-commerce needs.

Using this app in 2 different stores, they have incredibly fast and quick support. Really love them, the app is fully integrated after using some coding techniques from them too. 5 stars!

Great so far. I do enjoy the ability to edit and add services this way. I would like some type of bulk editor if possible though.

Don't download this app! It suddenly removes all your variants, leaving your shop with only the add to cart button. It happens randomly, after you notice it its already hours past and you lost your daily ads money plus all orders. It's a critical issue very huge catastrophic problem. And there is nothing for you to do! You have to turn off your ads and wait for them to reply your emails, rendering your complete shop useless and on their careless hands. It's so frustrating, worst experience with an app ever here on shopify!! DON'T DOWNLOAD!! Answer to your reply: yes it took you 3 hours to reply my email but the technical issue lasted 24hours. 16 hours until I noticed. I lost approx 1.000$ through this problem. You going to refund that?
Sorry about that Daniel. We fixed an issue with our script last night which caused an issue in your Paolo Alto theme. We have already fixed this issue earlier this morning. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. I am sorry it took us a 3 hours to see your email. We do our best to give the best support we can.

Customer service was extremely helpful in identifying an issue we had with a custom theme of ours and fixing the problem on our behalf. The complication had nothing to do with the application, we decided a while back to use a Magento theme on Shopify (horrific idea in hindsight), which was caused integration issues with a whole number of apps we have installed. Customer service here looked into the code to help find out where the problem was, then made the necessary corrections. Thank you!

THIS APP IS A JOKE! Wish I read the bad reviews first. you can not TRACK INVENTORY! Yes you can do more than 100 variants but that is not transferred back to shopify to enter quantities. So you basically can not put any INVENTORY QUANITIES, PRODUCT SKUS, BAR CODES! Have to mention that the customer support may take several days to reply, and this app will completely mess up your product page layout!!!
Hi Mary Ann, I am sorry the app didn't fit your needs. I see we always responded to your emails within a few hours. You can keep track of inventory and SKU's with Shopify Options and use our app to style those options. Or you can use our Virtual Options to add an infinite amount of options and variants. These however don't keep track of inventory or support SKUs. Can you give us more information about what you mean by "completely mess up your product page layout". I didn't see any emails about that.

We are a custom headboard builder. We have over 60 fabric choices, five sizes, numerous styles and lots of options. An app was needed that would fit the bill for all of these variations. We chose this one and have been very satisfied with the power of this app to do everything we need. The support has been tremendous and prompt when we had an issue. I'm glad we chose this app.

A great program for Print on Demand, there is an option to add many otions of different essence. I purchased a new theme and the app needed specialist setup. I contacted support and everything was set up for me. In addition, the program does not affect the download speed, as it is downloaded in the background. Easier to set up than iPhone :-)

Great app, tried out a few before choosing this one. Easy to use and very professional looking. Jon and Martin were extremely patient and helpful when I had a couple of issues I needed help with. As a small business Im in charge of everything here from manufacture down to making the tea, but Im not technical so the support is appreciated. 10/10
