not clear how to cancel the subscription
Hi Vasily, I am sorry you were having difficulties canceling the subscription. When I looked into this I saw you were already able to cancel the subscription. I emailed you at v***[email protected] with more information. All apps are the same and you can cancel app subscriptions by removing the app. We also have this information in our Knowledge Base in the link below https://www.relentlessapps.com/kb/how-do-i-uninstall-the-app-and-cancel-future-payments/ In the future, if you have any questions, please contact us directly. Excellent app to create custom product variations. This has helped our business to no end! The customer service is amazing. Would be lost with out this app.
