I love the app! Very easy to use and make changes. It would be great if there was an option to add a price with the selections.

I got a small problem connecting VOPO to my theme, but Jon and Martin helped me solved it within just a few emails. Communication was super fast and very understanding. The app was good but the people behind it were the key for me to stay.

I just checked and it looks like Paypal or Shopify fixed the issue you were having with paypal and draft orders. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. I really enjoy using your app to build up our custom bikes online. While I don’t have a lot of them on each of our sites (bacchettabikes.com and bentupcycles.com), they really add to the bespoke feel that we are trying to create in our business. Amazing app!I had an issue that arose, and Jon was beyond impressive in his response time - my problem was solved in a matter of minutes! The user-friendly interface also made it super easy to navigate and use, even for a tech novice like me. :) This app has streamlined my processes, helped me cater to customers' unique needs, and taken my shop to the next levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction. We had questions about multilingual translation and they were very efficient in allowing us to translate our variants into 2 languages (FR & EN) and display the variant images.

The server is down a lot. I have had the app a week and have already wasted a lot of time refreshing and waiting for the app to be available to work in.
You will be happy to hear we switched to another company called StackHERO February 21st at 4am PST. We upgraded our mysql version, client library, and have unlimited connections now. We haven't seen any emails about this issue since. I am sorry for all the issues, and the inconvenience it has caused you and your business. We were trying our best to work with the company we used for the MySQL database. We went back and forth with them making changes thinking the issue was fixed only to have it come up again intermittently. It has been very frustrating to say the least.
