Easy to use app and had integrated well, Martin & Jon are very helpful and provide excellent customer service, I highly recommend this app and look forward to more developments in the future.

Reasonably easy to operate. Reasonably easy to learn. Does exactly what is advertised and promoted. My options were slow to load. After notifying customer support, they were very prompt in fixing the issues (which turned out to be caused by integration with another app). Their customer support proved to be far above average. And, their willingness to analyze and fix issues with my individual website only strengthens my view that they are a superior organization. I recommend.

We use this to help display variation for our business which is in candles, and has been wonderful with seamless integration and support is amazing

A total game changer! Easy to use and makes personalizing products seamless. I got it for variants and the personalization box, but when I saw it had file submission capabilities my jaw literally dropped. As an artist, getting reference images for custom commissions is always a pain, but not anymore!

This app does extend product options capabilities and once you configure it gives you a nice user experience. Just a few flaws listed below. Sku's are not of a concern for the app. If you customize a product then add new variants in shopify. It gets buggy. The interface is for searching and finding products is not amazing.
Hi Trey, I just emailed you to look into your issues and I am waiting to hear back from you. Here is a little more information about your issues: We use Shopify's built-in search API. You shouldn't have any issues searching and finding products. Alternatively, you can search for the product inside of Shopify and edit it in our app from there. Here are some more detailed instructions. https://www.relentlessapps.com/kb/alternative-way-to-find-products/ I am not sure what you mean by " If you customize a product then add new variants in Shopify". If you can email me back we would be happy to look into this. Sorry, our app doesn't have the ability to add SKU's to our virtual option. This is on our roadmap for future updates but it might be a while until we are able to get to this. If this is something important for you, I suggest going with an app that already has this functionality built-in. Jon Relentless Apps

Working well and nice customization options. Only missing thing that we asked for is a missing zoom on the options when you use many texture variants to be able to see them better. Thanks for the great work on this app!

This is an awesome app and the support I have gotten from Martin and Jon has been fantastic. I have used the Variant Option app for the last 2 years on two different websites. I spent a lot of time researching and testing several different apps and none of the other apps would allow me to accomplish what I needed. The Variant Option app has been exactly what we needed to sell multiple varaints of a single product. The app is very easy to use and it is a seamless process for the customer. Jon and Martin have been extremely responsive to provide service and support when needed and have adapted the app to work perfectly for my websites. Thank you for making such a great app! Great work!

We provide custom made products with many options. This app gives us the opportunity to not only offer a wide variety of options it offers check boxes, buttons, if this/then that, etc. It is very user friendly and been invaluable to our website.

Excellent - I'd give more than 5* if I could! A wonderful app that deals with add-on pricing in a sensible and logical way, so no confusion for customers. Reasonably priced and very speedy support when needed. Thank you!!

I carry products that are highly customizabe. My first product comes in 14 customization specs and within each 2-20 options. This plug-in helped me build the product page easily, and exporting/extracting order information was quick and simple as well. Jon and Martin provided great support which is a huge plus for me.

I didn't know exactly what I needed, and I downloaded this plugin. It turns out I was actually looking for something else. I reached out to Relentless Apps for guidance, and they recommended a product that was perfect. Even though it wasn't their product, I was really impressed that their customer service came above the sale. That's honorable, and I recommend them based on this experience of their integrity. Integrity is hard to come by! Try them out.

The app was pretty easy to set up and Jon and Martin were both very helpful and quick in answering any questions I had. I was able to customize it the way I needed it to be.

Ron was very helpful and very patient with my issues. He walked me through everything and fixed my main issue in less that 5 emails, then made sure to do a follow up to make sure everything it was fixed. Definitely would recommend this app!

If something goes wrong, the best thing to do is actually to ask for help, which I did, and Jon has been super helpful and quick in sorting it out. It's definitely a great app.

I use this app to provide product options for our gift boxes. It works wonderfully and Jon provided us with really great customer service. 5/5 recommend.
