I had to update this review to reiterate how I was so happy with some recent support I received, thanks again! Gives me the ability of making customers aware of production times, and having confirmation from customers in writing is perfect!

Using this app to allow our customers to provide us with gift wrapping instructions. Thus far the app and developer support have been good.

This app provides a lot of flexibility for options. Better than the others I tested or looked at. I needed something to handle a variety of option types like upload, image swatches, yes/no choices, custom text. I was able to do 99% of what I wanted with this and it was very easy to set-up. Highly recommend!

Reasonably easy to operate. Reasonably easy to learn. Does exactly what is advertised and promoted. My options were slow to load. After notifying customer support, they were very prompt in fixing the issues (which turned out to be caused by integration with another app). Their customer support proved to be far above average. And, their willingness to analyze and fix issues with my individual website only strengthens my view that they are a superior organization. I recommend.

A total game changer! Easy to use and makes personalizing products seamless. I got it for variants and the personalization box, but when I saw it had file submission capabilities my jaw literally dropped. As an artist, getting reference images for custom commissions is always a pain, but not anymore!

This app does extend product options capabilities and once you configure it gives you a nice user experience. Just a few flaws listed below. Sku's are not of a concern for the app. If you customize a product then add new variants in shopify. It gets buggy. The interface is for searching and finding products is not amazing.

Working well and nice customization options. Only missing thing that we asked for is a missing zoom on the options when you use many texture variants to be able to see them better. Thanks for the great work on this app!

This is an awesome app and the support I have gotten from Martin and Jon has been fantastic. I have used the Variant Option app for the last 2 years on two different websites. I spent a lot of time researching and testing several different apps and none of the other apps would allow me to accomplish what I needed. The Variant Option app has been exactly what we needed to sell multiple varaints of a single product. The app is very easy to use and it is a seamless process for the customer. Jon and Martin have been extremely responsive to provide service and support when needed and have adapted the app to work perfectly for my websites. Thank you for making such a great app! Great work!
