I didn't know exactly what I needed, and I downloaded this plugin. It turns out I was actually looking for something else. I reached out to Relentless Apps for guidance, and they recommended a product that was perfect. Even though it wasn't their product, I was really impressed that their customer service came above the sale. That's honorable, and I recommend them based on this experience of their integrity. Integrity is hard to come by! Try them out.

This software is rubbish and deceives consumers to auto-renew every month 非常不好的评价 此软件非常垃圾 欺骗消费者并每月自动扣费 而且不知道怎么去取消扣费
I am sorry you had issues with our app. I went ahead and sent you a refund. Our app, and most apps on Shopify, charge you every 30 days. When you installed the app you approved the subscription charges to be charged every 30 days. The app was pretty easy to set up and Jon and Martin were both very helpful and quick in answering any questions I had. I was able to customize it the way I needed it to be.

Ron was very helpful and very patient with my issues. He walked me through everything and fixed my main issue in less that 5 emails, then made sure to do a follow up to make sure everything it was fixed. Definitely would recommend this app!

If something goes wrong, the best thing to do is actually to ask for help, which I did, and Jon has been super helpful and quick in sorting it out. It's definitely a great app.

Does what it says on the tin, great addition to vanilla Shopify. Adding and copying variants to multiple products could be a bit more intuitive, but once it's set up it perfect!

This app works great for me! The conditional logic is really helpful to create more complex products like mine. And it´s really easy to set up everything and also to maintain and change things in daily business. Also the support is great! When I have a problem they always help me. Thanks alot!

I use this app to provide product options for a book box and it works perfectly. Great customer service for customizing my packing slip too. Highly recommend!

Amazing app, very helpful support! The only thing I'd ask is a chat option so we can immediately fix very urgent issues. Otherwise they're amazing!

L'integrazione con il nostro store è stata davvero semplice e non richiede grosse competenze di programmazione, oltre ai tutorial step by step che puoi trovare nel loro sito, c'è anche Martin che risponde in breve tempo e risolve ogni problema o dubbio che può nascere quando si ha bisogno di personalizzare l'applicazione. Excellent App highly recommended, I tried others but they generated many products to simulate multiple options, this is definitely the best solution by far! It works great and the support is great.

This app does not do anything we needed for variants. It's very basic, and we were misled. They told us: "Unfortunately, upsell apps that change the functionality of the add to cart or checkout button will delete our app's data. Most product option apps will have the same issue. You also cannot use any Shopify discount codes." They also said "just delete your other apps so ours will work." We have learned this is false information, and we replaced the app with a better version. Not helpful people.
Hi Chrissy, we do our best to answer every question and fix every problem, but sometimes there are limitations on what we can do because of compatibility issues with other apps. I did come across an upsell app recently that doesn't change the functionality of the add to cart button which allows our price add-ons to work correctly with it. Tolle App! Es ist sehr einfach auch abhängige Optionen & Varianten zu erstellen - das gibt es so sonst nirgends. Auch Price Addons sind sehr einfach möglich. Support ist sehr hilfreich und konnte alle meine Probleme sehr schnell lösen. Kann diese App uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

This app did exactly what I needed, I trialed this one and another and Variant Option was way easier to use. The service has also been great, a question was quickly answered. Highly recommend it if you need more than 3 product options!
