Listing customizable items with the app is enjoyable. Very straightforward. I especially enjoy duplicate virtual options feature from listing A to listing B. Also the design is very modern that matches with our site well. On top of that, the customer service team is very responsive.

This app is very easy to set up and doesn't affect the load times on my site. Excellent customer service as well! :) I highly recommend using it for setting up different personalization options. The only downside is it doesn't come with a preview feature (hopefully they will incorporate this into the app one day)

I am a Greek apparel business, and this app helps my customers customize their orders to a pretty high level of detail! Price add-ons have been so helpful. Support was amazing, they were able to resolve my issue in under one business day.

We also still offer the app completely free to anyone on a development store. This is a great app, especially for the beginner just starting to work with variants etc... I just needed a little bit more than this app has to offer. I would definitely and do recommend the app to others.

This is THE app for you if you have variants in your shop. I want to shout from the roof tops how helpful both Martin and Jon have been. They take the time to carefully craft tailored solutions to my shop, with extreme speed. It is obvious that they care about their customers and their experience. Well done, above and beyond service and excellent app. Ps. In my experience this is the only super simple to use variant app. Give it a download and you will love how easy and streamlined it is. The app is really great, saves you so much time. Also very easy to configure. We had a small issue ( most probably due to the template we are using) but the guys behind the app fixed it almost in no time. Thank you once again.

Bad support , Bad support , Very bad support in the beginning they was little bit fast in answering , but when i deleted thier app because it's not compatible with an other app and caused some bugs issue with the theme , they didn't answer me after , it's been 3 days i was waiting for their answer , Knowing that they did login to the store without any updates .
Hi Jonathan, please check your spam folder. I have sent you three emails in the last couple days and it doesn't look like you are receiving any of them. Also if you can email me from a different email that might be the best way to communicate. I fixed the issue a day ago. The problem was you had the product options hidden in the product template in your theme customizer. Our app didn't cause any issues. You might need to clear your cache to see the updated code. Reasonably easy to operate. Reasonably easy to learn. Does exactly what is advertised and promoted. My options were slow to load. After notifying customer support, they were very prompt in fixing the issues (which turned out to be caused by integration with another app). Their customer support proved to be far above average. And, their willingness to analyze and fix issues with my individual website only strengthens my view that they are a superior organization. I recommend.

A total game changer! Easy to use and makes personalizing products seamless. I got it for variants and the personalization box, but when I saw it had file submission capabilities my jaw literally dropped. As an artist, getting reference images for custom commissions is always a pain, but not anymore!

This app does extend product options capabilities and once you configure it gives you a nice user experience. Just a few flaws listed below. Sku's are not of a concern for the app. If you customize a product then add new variants in shopify. It gets buggy. The interface is for searching and finding products is not amazing.
Hi Trey, I just emailed you to look into your issues and I am waiting to hear back from you. Here is a little more information about your issues: We use Shopify's built-in search API. You shouldn't have any issues searching and finding products. Alternatively, you can search for the product inside of Shopify and edit it in our app from there. Here are some more detailed instructions. https://www.relentlessapps.com/kb/alternative-way-to-find-products/ I am not sure what you mean by " If you customize a product then add new variants in Shopify". If you can email me back we would be happy to look into this. Sorry, our app doesn't have the ability to add SKU's to our virtual option. This is on our roadmap for future updates but it might be a while until we are able to get to this.
