This app is amazing ,great for adding more variants to your product page and really simple to add to your store 5 stars from me, and the customer service was second to none

BEWARE!!! I installed and then later uninstalled this app, and the uninstall does not delete all of the installation and it destroyed my ability to offer products with variants without the app installed. I have contacted this company at least 3 times 3 different ways telling them it is an emergency as my customers cannot check out and they have done nothing. I had to reinstall it so my site will work for the time being. This is terrible.
Hi Jessica, We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused. Our app does not intentionally break Shopify variants, and uninstalling it should not affect checkout functionality. In this case, the issue was resolved by publishing a fresh theme, and we have already reached out to investigate what caused the conflict so we can prevent it in the future but we haven't heard back. We’re a small U.S.-based team, and while there was a short delay due to time zone differences, we are actively responding and happy to help. I am so impressed with this app. I haven't needed to contact support so far, and I've used this app on 7 products, and so far so good. It's improved my products. I am so happy!

Great app functionality with excellent customer service. The app is easy to use and allows product options to be added quickly and effectively. I had a few issues with the app and my store theme but Martin and Jon were able to resolve my issues quickly. I look forward to continue using this app for my store.

The app is fine but it's not being used yet by my customers so I need to educate them on how to use it.

This has been a great app that we rely heavily on to help customers make the right selection of options. I found that it was easy to configure, and add variant options to my products. Further, the support is really good if you need it.

Hi Matt, I am sorry our app didn't fit your needs. Our app is one of the few that can style the Shopify Options and add extra product options. Since our app has this functionality it needs to also control the Shopify Options to work correctly. I realize this isn't what you want but most of our customers use our app specifically for this reason. I sent you an email on how to use automatically use our app's image swatches for selected product titles. No coding required :) If you need help setting that up or have any more questions let us know.

Using this app to allow our customers to provide us with gift wrapping instructions. Thus far the app and developer support have been good.

This app provides a lot of flexibility for options. Better than the others I tested or looked at. I needed something to handle a variety of option types like upload, image swatches, yes/no choices, custom text. I was able to do 99% of what I wanted with this and it was very easy to set-up. Highly recommend!
