Variant Option Product Options

This app does provide a way to customise the product options and it was really easy to use. It has the conditional logic that I was looking for. However a huge drawback is that I am unable to connect a product image to the product selections. I am afraid that if this isn't resolved I will have to look for another app, it is a non negotiable for me. But it was easy to use and looked good in my Shopify store, so if you don't need to connect images then it is a good option for customisation.

***** 5 stars! This app is a game changer. I can have "upgrade" options to my products without having to create more variants. I have different add-on options for different products and it's easy to duplicate for other products. It has also worked seamlessly with changing the theme for my store. And the customer service is excellent! They have been fast and helpful with any questions I have. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The app would be almost perfect except it has no way of showing products swatch colors and the developers/customer service do not care about your problems. They will give 50% effort. If you have a complicated problem just don't do it. If it's simple then go for it. Literally 75% of the time it doesn't charge the customer for the add-on. I lost so much money not catching them. I don't recommend at all but it could be a nice fit for you depending on your theme and how complex the add-ons need to be. It's very upsetting because it has a lot of potential. To summarize, the customer service do not care about problems, it doesn't charge the customers, and I just get lots of problems with it. Just save yourself the trouble if you bought a theme. IT WILL NOT WORK.

Brilliant app! So many options - Only app that i found that could change the style of the Shopify Variants Options can be set up on a product by product basis with an easy way of copying to other products if needed. Support has been exceptional! Really great and help you whenever its needed! Our favourite feature is Auto image swatches (for our colour variants) - where the image swatch selection automatically changes the main shopify product image with each time you select a different colour. We set the colours in main shopify variant and used this app to alter it and create auto image swatches!

After trying a few different apps that didn't meet our needs, we were so happy to discover 'Best Custom Product Options'. The team helped us manually install the app on our custom theme. The app works perfectly - we can customise the appearance of the colour swatches and variants for our products. The only suggestion I would add, is the ability to display both colour swatches and image swatches on one product - this update would be perfect! Other than this we love it, thanks guys!

I use this app on two websites to show variant swatches. Jon and Martin were able to help me show inventory quantities as well. They are helpful and attentive, and have persevered to ensure that my issues were resolved. I once needed help after work hours, and they made sure my emergency was resolved! Thank you both

This app is great for my color swatches. I offer over 60 colors and this is the only app I could find to sell my products the way that I wanted. I had a couple issues setting the app up but all the problems I had (my own fault) were dealt with by support quickly. I haven't even cracked the surface of what this app can do yet. Good stuff. Thanks for the help Jon!

This is a really good app. Easy to use and surprisingly flexible. The developers were also very good at ensuring it had fulfilled my requirements and even wrote some custom code for me to tweek the product to my personal preference. If you want to spruce up the presentation and add another layer of professionalism I definitely recommend this app.

I love how you can add all these options that you’re limited with Shopify. Now these options don’t appear to be integrated with the cart, but giving customers a multitude of options was the game changer for me.
