Variant Option Product Options

I absolutely LOVE this app. I have several products where I need the customer to input information. Now I can set this to require that information before they can add it to cart, saving me hours of time, email back and forth, and potential missed orders. The additional "add on" feature is definitely going to increase sales. I had a little glitch with this app being blocked by another app and Martin quickly figured out the issue. All around this is one of the best apps we've added to our site and the best service we've received. Thank you!

Best custom product options is an essential app for my store! All my tie racks that I make are customizable so my customers choose their size, wood, and hardware finish. I was limited by the 100 variations on my regular listings, but this app has been a game changer. I started using the basic edition, but was missing out on revenue from price upgrades for a few of my options. So I upgraded to the advance plan, but the prices weren't being added in the cart. A quick email to the Relentless team and they fixed some code and I just had my first order with price add-ons that covered my next months subscription price. Thank y'all so much for making this app!

Fantastic app which allows us to do everything we need to sell our customised sweet jars and pouches. Support is responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this app to anyone.

Just the app I needed for a contact lens store. The grid variant solved all of my headaches! Had a small issue installing the app but Jon got me back up and running really quickly. Thanks for the great app and support guys! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who has complex products. EDIT: Everytime I had a bug, Jon and Martin would solve it for me really quickly. We all know that bugs will appear from time to time, and it is completely normal as everybody has different themes and codes. But it's the support that really counts. For a 2-man team, Jon and Martin have given me better support than many other big app developers out there. So if anyone is looking for a great product options app, please do give these guys a go! They really are great people to work with!

I make a product with about 500 variable options that have dependencies and really complex needs and I was able to get all of that done with this app. I even emailed in a request for something specific in dark mode and got a reply back from Jon quickly and they went in and made some needed adjustments for me. I really like being able to mix it up with different styles like dropdowns, radio buttons, etc.

Love the app. Does what it's supposed to do and is easy to understand. Tried another competing product before installing this one and it was completely impossible to even get started. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add custom combos or add-ons to their product pages.

5 star support! Good app but mis-charged some of my customers due to speed issues with the check out - quickly resolved by reaching out to support for a code change. Exciting to hear that the "discount code" box disappearing issue will soon be resolved too.

Great app! This We have used other customizing apps but none have given the breath of options that Best Custom Product does. Perfect for customization's that require images and swatches and it looks great and functions well too! Easy to use and the support is always super quick and always helpful.

Originally I was looking for long term options that didn't require a monthly app fee, however this has been so worth every penny! I had tried so many solutions to my issue of needing to gather custom product data for my Shopify store. Originally I wanted a Typeform, I've tried Zapier, and many automated custom information funnels. This app has everything you'll need and more. It makes me want to offer even more customization on all my products because it is simple and easy. Not to mention the customer service has been phenomenal helping explain anything I've needed guidance on. Thank you Jon and Martin!

We tried all of the product option apps on Shopify. This is the only app that made adding hundreds of variants to each product as painless as possible. We have some custom items with 300-400 variants each. With this app, you can add the variants by a comma separated list. The other apps do not do this (Bold Product Options was painful). Also, you can set it up to have the price change on the product page. The others did not. Technical support is great as well. I had an issue where the custom product options were not displaying in the cart. Martin hopped in the store and fixed it, quickly. This is a great app!

Initially this app did not work correctly with my theme. I reached out to customer service and they quickly fixed the issue and provided exceptional service. The app is easy to use and it works great in my store.

This app does provide a way to customise the product options and it was really easy to use. It has the conditional logic that I was looking for. However a huge drawback is that I am unable to connect a product image to the product selections. I am afraid that if this isn't resolved I will have to look for another app, it is a non negotiable for me. But it was easy to use and looked good in my Shopify store, so if you don't need to connect images then it is a good option for customisation.

***** 5 stars! This app is a game changer. I can have "upgrade" options to my products without having to create more variants. I have different add-on options for different products and it's easy to duplicate for other products. It has also worked seamlessly with changing the theme for my store. And the customer service is excellent! They have been fast and helpful with any questions I have. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The app would be almost perfect except it has no way of showing products swatch colors and the developers/customer service do not care about your problems. They will give 50% effort. If you have a complicated problem just don't do it. If it's simple then go for it. Literally 75% of the time it doesn't charge the customer for the add-on. I lost so much money not catching them. I don't recommend at all but it could be a nice fit for you depending on your theme and how complex the add-ons need to be. It's very upsetting because it has a lot of potential. To summarize, the customer service do not care about problems, it doesn't charge the customers, and I just get lots of problems with it. Just save yourself the trouble if you bought a theme. IT WILL NOT WORK.
