Updated Review – Exceptional Support & Continuous Improvement After using the Variant Options app from Relentless Apps for some time, I’m genuinely impressed by the team’s commitment to listening and improving. I recently reached out to Jon with feedback regarding the usability of the variant input box, which was too small for our needs due to the large number of product variants we manage. Jon and his team responded quickly, took the feedback seriously, and implemented a change that significantly improved the interface. The enlarged input box has made a noticeable difference—it’s far more user-friendly and has saved me a considerable amount of time. Relentless Apps continues to stand out for their responsiveness, professionalism, and dedication to their users. Jon and his team are not only helpful but also proactive in making meaningful updates. I've been using this app for quite some time & haven't had any issues until recently. I reached out to support and Jon responded very timely & he was able to tell me where my issue was. I was able to fix it, and get my listing back to active. Thank you, Jon! I would like to see some interface improvements with this app. It's great but it's not very user friendly. The boxes when adding variants is very small & when you have multiple variants, making updates is very time consuming because of the small boxes. I make it work, but some general usability changes would be great, I'll even volunteer to be a tester :) Definitely get this app if you need to expand beyond the variant options Shopify offers, they have it all!

For some Reason when i enabled this app on my product page, it changed all the Pictures that were previosly in the Photo section AND even changed review pictures to variant pictures which is outragues!!! do they not check what happens when someone casually installs that plugin, damn crazy

VO Product Options made it super simple to customize my product options exactly how I needed. The app is very intuitive and easy to understand—even for someone without a tech background. I had a small issue and their support team responded quickly, communicated clearly, and fixed it fast. Highly recommend for both functionality and top-tier customer service!

The team at Relentless Apps is incredibly quick to respond and very efficient. They troubleshooted my issue in less than one working day, which really impressed me. On top of that, they were clear in their communication and made sure I understood what was going on, even though I’m not super technical. The app itself is easy to use and does exactly what I need for my store, and having such fast, reliable support makes it even better. Highly recommend them if you want a product options app that works seamlessly with excellent support when you need it.

If you ever need help, don’t hesitate to reach out to the customer service team directly. They’ve been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my experience. I had an issue that I didn’t fully understand at first, but thanks to their clear guidance and support, everything became much clearer and was resolved efficiently. Their patience and professionalism really stood out. I truly appreciate the assistance they provided. Great app and great team — highly recommended!

The app has very good features and worked well for my customization needs. Unfortunately, I also need B2B and reordering capabilities, and this app does not work with any of the B2B apps I'm considering.

I was using this app for 2 swatch colour products because Shopify has a quantity limit. I was unaware that the starter plan had changed to 1 product, removing the swatch colour option from one of my best sellers until a customer placed an order and I had to email asking for their preference. I have had to find another app, set up and start again from scratch. I was informed of the changes prior to this but I'm not paying nearly £10 just for a second option, I couldn't even open my 2nd option to copy the colour swatches until I upgraded. I don't usually leave reviews and long ones, but hope this helps someone before I uninstall.

Martin and I built Variant Option Product Options to help other businesses no hurt them. Just to clarify, our Starter plan has always included just one product with options since it launched over a year ago. We understand it’s easy to miss that and you didn’t realize the limitations. Looked long and hard to find the right app to work with what we needed for the store. Had a few teething issues with our theme (specific to our theme and not the app) and the support was simply brilliant. Within a day, they had it sorted and we're now implementing it across the whole site. Thank you for all your help Martin and Jon - hugely appreciated.
