The server is down a lot. I have had the app a week and have already wasted a lot of time refreshing and waiting for the app to be available to work in.
You will be happy to hear we switched to another company called StackHERO February 21st at 4am PST. We upgraded our mysql version, client library, and have unlimited connections now. We haven't seen any emails about this issue since. I am sorry for all the issues, and the inconvenience it has caused you and your business. We were trying our best to work with the company we used for the MySQL database. We went back and forth with them making changes thinking the issue was fixed only to have it come up again intermittently. It has been very frustrating to say the least. The application is good, the bad thing is the customer service. I have been waiting 1 week for a problem related to the payment buttons to be fixed, since the problem starts when I activate the app, and after 1 week I still have the problem and I am still waiting for the developer to connect to fix it. I have uninstalled the app and installed another one that I have no problem with.
I am sorry it took a while to fix the issue Vahan. I see Martin was able to fix the issue you initially reported with the dynamic checkout buttons being doubled within 3 days. Unfortunately the issue with the dynamic checkout button being disabled is deep within Shopify's code and not an easy fix. Martin, my technical expert, was going to review this and see if there was anything he could do but you uninstall the app before he had a chance to look into this deeper. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused you and your store. We do our best to offer quick support but sometimes there are issues that take longer to fix, and sometimes there are issues that we can't fix and they are out of our control.

This is one of my favorite Shopify apps. It’s very straightforward and very simple to use. The cost is not exorbitant for what it does. And it makes my life much simpler. If you were looking for something to add variance to your Shopify products I recommend this app wholeheartedly. Well done guys.

Had a few issues with thew app communicating correctly with my theme. Most likely theme issues but Martin and Jon are always extremely fast to respond and get things fixed. Even fixed an issue i didnt even notice. Thank you

I see I emailed you back 10 months ago asking for you to give us more permissions to look into the issue but I never heard back. This app was so easy to install and set up in my Shopify Store. Jon was the first to reply to my many requests searching for an app that allowed my customers to choose from different images to create their own custom art print. I set up my new product in no time at all. I highly recommend their app and look forward to seeing what add ons they do in the future. Thank you, Michelle

I needed to add customization to some products and adter watching tons of videos and trying to follow along in editing code (unsuccessfully) I found this app. I love it! Super easy and does exactly what I need it to do. The only downside is that it doesn't work in POS and I have to do in person orders on the website instead of POS.
