I had some issues installing the app. I've reached out to the customer service, and they help me very quickly. I recommend using this app that offers a lot of features. And in case of trouble, the customer service will back you up! Thanks again.

Hi there. I would def recommend this app because without it, as an Shopify store owner, we would be unable to offer our customers as many product options with our bundle deals. However, often times virtual options takes too long to load and customers are quick to add the bundle to their cart before selecting their scents for the various products. That causes us to have to contact each customer that did not select their scents. This process is very time consuming. But what other choice do we have. Is this something that can be corrected. I would love to hear back from you all regarding this issue. Even if we have the button checked that requires a customer to select their options before they can go to check out… it doesn’t work. Customers are able to check out without selecting their options. And we cannot ship the products until we are able to get in touch with the customer and finalize their selections.

We've had a lot of issues with this app. Doesn't work with upsell apps, has bugs related to compare at price. Support is ok - but realistically we keep having issues.
My technical expert added code to fix the compare price. I also sent you a link to compatible upsell apps in an email. I see we have always replied within a few hours during normal business hours and tried our best to give you the best support. With hundreds of themes, thousands of apps, and updates everyday there will always be the possibility of compatibility problems.
