I tried a ton of custom product apps but finally decided on this one because it takes the design of my Shopify theme. It is so easy to use & has everything I need for my shop. When I came across a small issue, they were so quick to help solve it for me and even worked over the weekend to help get it fixed for me. They went above and beyond to help. So thank you for the support and customer service! Amazing App! Does everything we wanted it to. We needed an app that could handle some very complicated customization to our products for our customers and the app did a great job with that. This app is easy to use and adds essential functionality that we are needing for the launch of a new configurable product. Saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars vs custom development. Now I'm considering more ways we can use app functions for other products sold on our site. The developers have been extremely helpful getting everything working with our custom Shopify templates. Very happy.

We wanted our customers to be able to customize each of our products to get exactly what they wanted and this made app is the only one that makes it possible. It gave us so many options to add to each product and super easy to use. We love it and couldn't offer all the options we do without it!

I absolutely LOVE this app. I have several products where I need the customer to input information. Now I can set this to require that information before they can add it to cart, saving me hours of time, email back and forth, and potential missed orders. The additional "add on" feature is definitely going to increase sales. I had a little glitch with this app being blocked by another app and Martin quickly figured out the issue. All around this is one of the best apps we've added to our site and the best service we've received. Thank you!

We tried several product option personalizer app and we find it difficult, hard to understand, lot of data to process, no support, etc... Then we found Best custom, and everything changes for our business. Now we can propose a lot of different option and its really easy to set up. Best custom product options is an essential app for my store! All my tie racks that I make are customizable so my customers choose their size, wood, and hardware finish. I was limited by the 100 variations on my regular listings, but this app has been a game changer. I started using the basic edition, but was missing out on revenue from price upgrades for a few of my options. So I upgraded to the advance plan, but the prices weren't being added in the cart. A quick email to the Relentless team and they fixed some code and I just had my first order with price add-ons that covered my next months subscription price. Thank y'all so much for making this app!

Hands down one of the best app out in the market for product customization. Not to forget to mention, I tired at least 10 different apps before this, all top rated ones and none could solve my problem. All of them have limitations and none offers the kind of customization that BCPO does. And if you are making a Bespoke Tailoring site, this product will solve all your customisation problems. The support they offer is awesome. You get replies with minutes. They also replied to my emails on weekend. Made some great suggestions which made it so much easier for me to get the customization's as needed up and running in no time. Special thanks to Jon. I really appreciate your help. I created a job and asked for quotes to get the customization's done, and believe me the quotes I got were crazy. Also the time lines the vendors were expecting were like 30 to 45 days. And one email to the relentless team and my needs were fulfilled within minutes. Jon also made suggestion which made the customization look even wonderful and changed the entire look of the website. Thank you Relentless team. Keep up the good work. Keep supporting relentlessly.

Has a ton of potential. Super easy to add customization (monogramming in my case) and add-on pricing. I had to uninstall it because it prevents customers from using discount codes at checkout which my customers rely on. Rumors are this issue will be resolved at some point and then I will look to re-install if I haven't found an alternative by then.

Just the app I needed for a contact lens store. The grid variant solved all of my headaches! Had a small issue installing the app but Jon got me back up and running really quickly. Thanks for the great app and support guys! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who has complex products. EDIT: Everytime I had a bug, Jon and Martin would solve it for me really quickly. We all know that bugs will appear from time to time, and it is completely normal as everybody has different themes and codes. But it's the support that really counts. For a 2-man team, Jon and Martin have given me better support than many other big app developers out there. So if anyone is looking for a great product options app, please do give these guys a go! They really are great people to work with!
