After getting so many headaches from trying to fix Shopify combining shipping rates at checkout, I found Advanced Shipping Rules. Not only has it allowed me to fix all of my shipping and cart issues, but the customer service is absolutely incredible. Molly was able to quickly answer all of my questions and her patience alone deserves a 5 star review. Thanks again!

This is the best shipping product out there, it has the PO Box no delivery rule, free shipping rules. Every option that we needed. We highly recommend this app. Support is great, instant response and quick to resolve all issues.

I used this app to put my products into shipping groups and charge shipping by item. Then I offered multiple item pricing based on the number of items the customer purchased. It all felt a bit complicated and overwhelming at first, especially for someone like me who is not very tech-savvy, but after things were explained to me by ASR's wonderful customer service rep, it all made sense and was very easy to use. There are a million ways in which you can use this app to set your shipping rates, the possibilities are endless. It just takes a bit of getting used to. And with the help of their fantastic customer service reps (who more than happily called me and spent the time necessary to explain everything to me in detail), it doesn't take long at all to learn how to use this app like a pro! Great app! I highly recommend it.

Advanced Shipping Rules allows me to offer a variety of items with different shipping methods and prices. Rules allow for many different and even complex shipping scenarios. Customer service is very good.

Really great support! I had some setup issues with my account (it was all on my side) and they were able to resolve the issues quickly to get me setup properly. They even offered a nice incentive to sign up for a plan. I'm really impressed with both the app and their service.

For a small shop I have pretty complicated shipping requirements (shipping by weight, specific products for local delivery AND other specific products for nationwide delivery). Their app as helped me create a solution for each of these scenarios and their customer service (Molly!) has been fast and responsive and super helpful to solving problems and making it work for me. I would recommend this to any small shop who needs additional help with weird shipping rules. It's worth the $29 a month.

This app helped me maintain my local delivery settings while offering blended rates for POD items. Shopify makes this especially tricky, but Molly at ASR helped me find the perfect work-around. Customer service response time was incredibly fast and very flexible in responding to my skill level. 5/5 Would recommend to a friend.

This is the second website I've installed this app on for a bunch of various shipping specifics (location, weight, carrier for different products, etc). It was working flawlessly... until the head of the company wanted to make everything free shipping for a week. Unfortunately, I decided the best way was to deactivate but not delete the app so I wouldn't lose all the customizations. This was probably not the best solution. BUT... MOLLY TO THE RESCUE!!!! She helped me put it all back and once again, smooth sailing. Best shipping app and customer service in the app store!!!

Much easier to navigate and set up than some of the other apps out there. When I ran into issues, customer service was top notch! Even down to Molly scheduling a phone call so that we could talk through what was happening. Resolved my issues and replied to emails promptly. Definitely a great app and recommend to anyone with complicated shipping needs.

Absolutely simple interface that enables some neat-o trickery with your shipping rates. Our store uses a simple implementation of their tool but the possibilities are truly great. The devs are also quite responsive if you're ever if need of any help or guidance.

Tried at least 5 app on the shopify app store , all of them are missing something to complete the job this app is amazing everything you need for various shipping zone, rates and products!!! great rules condition and you can use your own carrier account rates, support is fast response and helped me do what i needed in short time(less then 24H), easy to use ... thanks Molly :-)

The app did what it claims, but the interface was a problem for us. We were looking to ship certain items for free. While the app can accomplish this, it requires you to mark the items manually that you wish to ship for free. A simple Tag 'FreeShipping' or Collection would accomplish this, but it isn't able to use those. This app had promise, but that oversight was a big one.

I own a bakery and offer some items in my shop that ship nationwide while others don't. I needed an app that would only allow people to purchase what was available in their area and this was just what I needed. The best part, however, has been the customer service. I'm not exactly technologically inclined :) and the customer service has been excellent in helping me do the initial set up, troubleshooting and ironing out the issues that first came up and being overall very pleasant to work with. They reply to emails almost immediately!
