Update: probably the best customer service of any app I have used. Did everything they said they would. Great app and great company!! Update: They have went above and beyond to get everything to work. There is one issue left and they are working on it now. Product looks great and customer service has been amazing. Update: Developer emailed me. Some changes where made to backup theme, but I was not advised a backup theme had been made. Backup theme has been published, but still not working correctly. The discount is not being applied in the cart or check out. Also, the product discount grid is not centered on the product page. Developer team stated they are working on it and will get it fixed. Will update here. I have been a long time customer and recently updated my theme to version 2.0. The automatic install does not work. I have asked via chat several times for help getting this installed and I have been told they are working on it, but it still has not been fixed. Terrible customer service! Very disappointed!

I have run a shopify store for 7 years now and tried many apps. For me and my purposes this is the best volume discount app that doesn't get in the way of other things. I did have a hiccup today and chatted with the team and they were there within a minute. It's 8:58 PM.

Update: Here's the response (escalated to their growth manager) after the app caused major problems with the theme, apps and entire site. They haven't responded for a week (after ~10 reply attempts, and a new support ticket). *** Hulk Apps Response: "Hi (name), I hope you are doing well. I'm the Growth Manager at HulkApps. I'm here to assist you. FIRST OF ALL, I sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience that you have been facing with our application. Can you please re-install the app in your store again and provide me a chance to help you with our app? I promise that I won't be taking much of your time and will manage all the coding-related implementations for our app in the theme that you will specify and will make sure that everything is working perfectly. Once we are ready with the solution, we can jump on a call so that we can share our screens to make sure we are on the same page and there won't be any back and forth. And as compensation for all the trouble you had with our app, we would like to offer our Volume Boost app free of charge for your store. Please let me if you have any questions or concerns. I'll always be here for your help. Have a nice day ahead!" *** (Again, they haven't responded for a week after I've replied about numerous times. I even created a new support ticket for some type of response.) *** Review: The app suddenly stopped working. The discount was on the cart, then disappeared on checkout. I spent hours dealing with the issue with support. They said it was fixed - I had to revert to an older theme. That still caused the same problem. I had to confirm on many platforms that it still didn't work. They didn't believe me, and asked for collaborator access again. Do not use. It'll mess up the code on your entire site theme, and the support will not help. Even with collaborator access, the issue wasn't fixed after they said it was. Switching to another app. Bad coding. Poor integration. *** • False promises. • Terrible customer service (and this issue escalated to their growth manager). • Do not use.

was frustrated with some errors from the app, after spending over a day of fixing and asking couple of support to fix the problem, Sanjaysinh is the best to truly help me to solve the problem, and yes, the app is good, recommend!

All the time, Hulk App has been the best for me. Never disappointed me even once. Hulk App support team, especially Agent Sanjaysinh, he's great person to support anything that we might have to tackle. Don't hesitate to use Hulk app if you plan to run whole sale or tiered price rules at your store.

Great app, does what it says. Really like the display banner options. Reached out to support team for help, super efficient. Overall A+

While the set up is not very user/beginner friendly, the support team was helpful with the installation process. Once installed, had to make some adjustments to the desired discount offer because it is not very intuitive in the settings (i.e. how to differentiate between USD (price discount) & USD (fixed price) when there is no explanation about the difference between the two or how to set it up). So it meant having to go back and forth with making adjustments and double-checking that the discount offer reflected in the front-end of the store was accurate. Other than that, the app is doing its job.

Tried to reach out multiple times for help regarding an issue with no answer from the support team or chat. Glitches often and removes the discounts from certain products on my store resulting in customers calling questioning it.
