I only use this app a couple times a year but it is 100% worth it. It's definitely the best I have found for stacked discounts and just general ease of putting sales together. Any problem I've had with something not working how I needed has been fixed so easily and quickly with their live chat. Can't recommend this app enough.

Using the app for over 5 years, issues were normally resolved on first contact but we recently had an issue and I have reached out to support a few times but the issue is ongoing. Received an email from the director of the company, I replied to it and have yet to receive a response. Loyalty doesn’t mean much by the looks of it.

I like this app but I wish you could manage the discounts directly from the product page on the Shopify backend. I tried the manual installation but that didn't work. I reached out to support and they were able to quickly solve the problem.

This app has been perfect for my application and is a must have for providing bulk order discounts. I have also been using other apps in their ecosystem and they work together seamlessly. I needed assistance with getting it set up properly since my store has checkout related code that coincides with Volume Discount. Sanjay and the team over at HulkApps were extremely responsive and helpful, making sure to do what they could to get everything up and running. Their service has been amazing and I am very satisfied!

We used the app for our bundle discounts. Really like how it gives us the option to be variant specific with our discounts. It would be nice if it didn't lag and refresh while the discount is applying by our customers, and if the discount code box didn't disappear randomly. It confuses our customers and we get a lot of support emails because of it. All in all, the app does what it's supposed to do, but it has some issues that make it confusing for our customers. PS: The customer support is really good. They care, they're knowledgeable, and they're fast to respond.

The app is great. I have it across 3 different websites and support is always super fast and helpful. Deepa especially. I only wish there was a way to show the from $*.** to $*.** prices on the collection page too.
