Great support. Was expecting to do some back and forth through email, but everything was quickly resolved over live chat. They (re)installed? after it didn't see to be working on a new setup. At the same time explain all the changes they made which was important to know due to conflicts. App also looks like it good backend coding. Impressed!

My discounts stopped working. Got in touch with the support team and they fixed the issue in minutes. Super helpful. Would recommend this app to everyone.

Good Support！ "Automatic installation" will fail. but It worked when I enabled the app in [Embed app] from the [Customize theme] page.

I had been looking for an app which I can make discount offer for different variety of groups very easily. I tested many apps. And I found this is the best app of all! We have been incredibly happy with this app! We have complicated pricing structures throughout our site and this app checks all of our boxes. Customer service has also been excellent. I had a few questions during the installation process and the development team was quick to respond and help with all of questions.

I've been offering small quantity discounts on my store since I started, and had been updating everything manually, which as you might imagine, is Not terribly efficient. I finally decided to invest in something that would do it for me automatically and I'm really happy with VolumeBoost. Less work for me overall, and the customer service is incredibly responsive, competent and friendly. Thank you so much to Manoj for helping me set up the discount box at checkout, the entire process took less than a half hour! :)

[Update: still easy to use, works great thanks for help!!] So far so good. I can even do volume discount for a collection. Thanks K for your help getting set up. I hope if I need to delete app it doesn't slow my website down.

Initial launch was a little tricky, but support was very responsive and totally on top of it! Got our Black Friday sale up and going the right way!

Very simple to use and the live-person support is knowledgeable and amazing. Although the solution is not the most ideal one but it does work around the problem that I'm facing.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. THE APP SUDDENLY STARTED CALCULATING ALL THE DISCOUNTS WRONG AND WE GOT SOME CUSTOMERS BUYING WITH 90% AND 100$ DISCOUNT. i CONTACTED THE CHAT, THEY WERE ONLINE, THEY READ MY COMMENTS AND THEY DIDN'T REPLY.

Very good apps, I love their volume boost and product options apps. Greatly increases sales. Works with the new Shopify 2.0 also. They also get back to you very quick if you have any issues
