I downloaded this app for BFCM, easy to install. I ended up not using it just because I didn’t need it anymore so I removed the app, had an issue and contacted the support they resolved my issue within an hour and were extremely helpful. Will be using this app again

This app did not meet my needs. I needed the app for one product but then needed to upgrade to a paid plan for the one small feature I needed. AND after I had removed it I found out by email that I had to go into my theme coding and manually remove code. This is above my skills and very risky with my store right before Christmas. I wish I would have know this before I installed it.

your app isn't working on 14 days trial. The discounts are not reflecting on the store i will have to uninstall it.

A very good app and the installation support was excellent. Definitely made it easier to have pricing promotions on the website. I could not give 5 stars as I think it is missing something useful; the ability to set the text on a per promotion basis. For example, in one product category, you may want the product table to say Mix & Match, whilst on another Buy 3 etc. The ability to tailor the text per promo would make it 5 stars. That said very happy and would recommend.

The application screen is automatically translated and the help function is also substantial, so it is easy to use. When I implemented the app, there was a problem with some operations, but as soon as I made an inquiry, the support team replied, and I was contacted many times until the problem was resolved. I am grateful that I was able to implement it safely.

I wanted to be able to offer some volume based discounts, so I decided to try this app, I had a little issue at first in getting it configured for my store, so reached out for some support. I got an email back with an explanation and some details as to how to resolve the issue. I followed the instructions and ended up with the functionality that I was looking for. I've just started using it, but so far so good. So thanks for the quick and thorough support and an overall good product.

This app lets you do volume discounts while continuing to offer the customers coupon codes! Exceedingly rare for a shopify app to do that. We are hooked!

I upgraded to the pro version of this app because I needed the app to give discounts to variants of products I have on the store. So far, I haven't found a good volume discount app to do this but this one is quite good. One thing I wish it had was charts that change to show the different discounts when you change the variant of the product on the store but I suppose that will come in a later update. For now, I have a link to a discount chart that seems to be a good bandaid solution. Their customer service and willingness to solve problems is above and beyond, Im really happy with the help I received. Thanks Hulk Apps for all the efforts that you put into helping me use your app efficiently in more store!

This app is excellent, and does exactly what I need, by allowing me to adjust my price based on quantity ordered. I received some excellent customer service as well, when I had some thorny code issues to resolve.

The app had an issue of not applying the discounts at checkout, but the support staff was very helpful and got the app running smoothly for my site. Even for the free version, they provide useful and prompt technical support.

Fast response from team but unfortunately the app has so much conflict with my other apps making my original discount code not able to use..

WOO HOO! I downloaded the app and 2 minutes later I have my offer up on www.askewart.com. SUPER EASY. I love it! Perfect! I did need some help, but my gosh - the customer service is the best!
