The app is great, took some time for the developers to get to me but that is understandable given the tickets they had. Expect a little wait for them to get to you if you have an issue (a few days) but totally worth it. They are running a business just like all of us.
Hi Sara, Sorry about the delay. We did receive your ticket on Friday and we just haven't had a chance to respond yet. We have 4 dedicated team members but we get at times over 400 tickets/day and over the weekend they pile up. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Most of our apps are free and our support is free and we try our best to manage but with recent spikes in installs, it's hard to manage. We are working on adding a couple of more team members as well as improve the auto-responder process. We'd appreciate if you would give us another chance and give the review a second look. While we certainly dropped the ball on this one with you, it's not representative of us and the applications we try to build and most importantly the type of exceptional service we want to give EVERY client, big or small. As a business owner, I hope you understand. I'll have a team member follow up with you regardless to get this resolved. Appreciate the patience :)

The app and support is great. It took some time setting up because of the complexity of Product structure but we got it to work. We are using it for Wholesale functionality and are offering our wholesalers tiered discounts. Thanks for their support team on helping us get this setup. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Before getting here, I tried many apps and none seem to work like I wanted. On my last try before loosing my mind, I decided to give this app a try. Oh man, it sure delivered. I contacted the support team and they helped me out with all my needs. So, thank you! I recommend this team to everyone.

Update: The delay in the installation was due to being the app being free and having limited resources for a free app - fair enough. However, when installation occurred, they requested I remove the dynamic checkout button from product pages and they disabled the ajax cart (not on the live site) as the app doesn't work with those features. So many stores use an ajax cart - I think you should update your description to avoid wasting anyone's time. I have found a paid app with better support.

This app caused our Checkout button to take a long time to load which caused our conversion rate to plummet.

Misleading information of abilities. If you want to do Buy 3 (of any product) to get 15% off entire cart - this ap won't work, support confirmed its not possible. The % off only works if you buy 3 of the exact same product. This is useless for upselling, especially for digital products.

I tried the update on another theme and it worked. After initially writing a 1-star review the developer contacted to attempt to troubleshoot and locate the root cause of the issue. Thank you for providing good customer service.

I had some trouble installing it and their support team answered right away and fixed it in under one business day. Can't beat the price but it doesn't work with paypal currently as a check out method so if your merchants use that as a form of payment you will have to try another app. Basic functionality and is very user friendly after set up.

This app was pretty close to what we were looking for (tiered pricing), but the layout wasn't ideal. However, the support team was great to work with and made all the customizations we needed. Sometimes (because this app touches a lot of other processes) we've had compatibility issues with other apps, but again the support team has been very responsive at solving the problems and has gone as far as to join in on support tickets of other apps to collaborate towards a fix. Thanks!

Does not work with Narrative theme due to limitations with Ajax cart, so Cart Drawer does not show discounts for customers. The Cart Drawer makes the purchase experience more enjoyable and faster for our customers so unfortunately we were unable to utilize this app and have to stick with offering bulk discounts via coupon codes.

This app works exactly how I need it to, haven't ever had a problem with it. Easy volume discounts applied to as many products as I want.
