I had some app conflict and configuration issues while setting up my store and the Hulk team had everything resolved, updated and working within a week. They have good communication and their product works. Thanks for the help and the extremely useful app. We use this to offer prodeals and dealer pricing directly through our shopify store.

I had a few issues with the app and my particular theme but the guys from HulkApps really went far and beyond in getting the app to work. Great techincal and customer service. Great app and team!

While still setting up, and yet to use the App in production, I can only speak highly of the support for this App. I experienced issues due to an incompatibility with another Shopify App (Buy Button) that was not readily evident. The Hulk Apps support responded to my ticket in a timely manner and worked with me to resolve the issue quickly. It is likely that upon completion of successful testing that we will upgrade the app to full functionality, and do so with confidence that the support is there to ensure our success.

Unbelievable support, great dashboard and easy to use. Installed to see if it would deliver on bulk discount rates and within 24 hours was happy to go pro.

This app is really helpful for creating multi buy discounts, works a treat and the support team are great. We have changed our theme a few times over the past year and every time we upgrade or change our product templates they cant do enough to help us to integrate there app within our new version of our store theme. Highly recommend to anyone trying to upsell your customers more items. Candor Services

This app has got worse and worse since more users are using it. This app relies on api calls to their own servers, which slows down your checkout. As of today, their server is down, with a 503 error showing in my shopify apps admin section, and a greyed out 'add to cart' button on my website cart page, meaning no-one can purchase from my store. Ive had to roll back my theme 6 months to get rid of their code as an uninstall does not fix this issue. The developers behind this take days to respond to tickets. Be aware that installing this app means that your cart will be slower and that if any issues arise your cart button will not work. I guess this is the price you pay for using a free app!

Really helpful team, resolved a problem I had very quickly! I would definitely advise using this app for any tiered discounts you'd want on your store.

This is a great product and it works great. The IT team takes a day or so to get back with you but they try to get to get to taken care of

The app does what it says it would do - provide discounts based on volume purchases. I ran into some technical difficulties in setting it up but their support team was excellent - very quick response.

Garbage. Half the features don't work. Support is non-existent. Anybody giving high reviews on customer service got scammed into paying $49 for a "premium" install. In other words you have to pay for customer service. If they did a better job they could crush it, there is a gap for this as a freemium option in the app store. Off to use Discounted Pricing by Booster Apps like everyone else serious about making money. Deleted.

This is the worst app and unreliable!!! Our website checkout page is not working because of this app we have tried to contact developer several without response!!! We have not have any sales since then!! This is the same issue we had the last week!!! So frustrated!!! We uninstalled the app from our theme but coding where still there!!! PLEASE DO NOT InStall this APP!!! Very bad SERVICE!!!!

I paid for professional installation and only got a few emails about how it was set up but could never get it to work on my site and further communication came to a halt! I am too busy to mess around with poor customer service. I want my money back!

Most useless app since they made it Pro Paid version! Wont show products anymore. Its a shame, it use to be a good app.
