This is an indispensable app for us. It really does work and increases order value and quantity. We highly reccomend it. Hulk App Support has always done a great job for us when the program or theme needs tweaking due to Shopify theme or program upgrades.

The developer did some custom work displaying the volume pricing on the collection pages (5 stars). Fast forward a few months and any changes made are not reflecting on the pages. I contact support and they tell me i need to change to the new version. I change to the new version and the issue is worse. Be careful....

stay away from this app. the app is very buggy. work one minute, next minute it stops working. support is non responsive. they keep handing you off to someone else and the issue never gets fixed. not sure how they got so many high ratings, my experience with it has been horrible. as i write this review it has been three days with zero progress.

Exactly what we needed! We needed an app that allowed us to give quantity discounts when ordering multiples of the same variant AND enable the user to apply a discount code at checkout. After an exhaustive search, we finally found Hulk Discounts and couldn't be happier. We've now used it for about 4 years. Their support is outstanding as well. They've helped me out various times over the years. Thank you again for an amazing app!

I faced several issues in the beginning, and while support was helpful, they took a long time to resolve them. I’d recommend using the app only if you have extra time, as troubleshooting can be time-consuming if something goes wrong.
