We've used other apps that did not work as well and this app does exactly what we need for providing bulk discounts (an essential feature for our store). They are very responsive with any tweaks we need and the app is working great.

Love the Hulk Apps team - they are always fantastic at helping out when things aren't working properly. The app can be a bit temperamental sometimes (not sure if that's a shopify problem or an app problem) but the Hulk Apps team are always super quick to help out and fix it if possible. Would recommend.

Einfach der beste Support ever!! Ich kenne mich selbst nicht so gut aus und habe die von A - Z durchgefragt. Der Support hatte solch eine Geduld und ist auf alle meine Fragen und die Optionen die ich haben wollte eingegangen. Die haben sich richtig bemüht mir zu helfen und nicht wie manch andere die einen immer abwimmeln. Am Ende haben wurden meine Wünsche voll und ganz umgesetzt. Danke

I began using this app, and after setting it up, I found that only the quantity I entered receives a discount. For instance, if I set 1 pc at $1 and 6 pcs at $3, when it reach 7 pcs, it defaults to the single price instead. The development team is aware of the problem, but the resolution is taking a very long. Since this is meant to be a volume discount app, the discounts aren’t applying correctly. I recommend waiting for them to fix this issue or considering a different volume discount app.

We have used VolumeBoost for some time now. They are always so efficient with providing assistance and very knowledgable in their apps capabilities. I was very surprised with team flexibility and willingness to help. Guys adjusted some components for the need of our shop and were really helpful. The app itself is quite convenient to use and has all needed things for a SME business.

Installed the app and it does exactly what I wanted - quantity discounts. As I'm new to Shopify, I had one small issue and contacted HulkApps support who had my issue sorted in minutes.

Have used this (and other hulkapp) apps for quite a while now, they work without issues, on the few occassions ive had issues (generally my fault) they have helped out in a matter of minutes and got things back up and running again - cant fault them!!

Quel enfer.... La dégressivité se desactive régulièrement. Lorsque je fais appel au support la réponse tarde à venir, puis en réparant le probleme ils en créent d'autres.....voila des mois que l'application me pose probleme. Il est grand temps de la supprimer de mon site car c'est notre image qui en patit.
