So far, so good. Currently using the free app, but thinking about going for the paid version after I try it out. The support staff are extremely helpful - the were really fast and efficient in answering my questions. I'd definitely recommend this app.

The app is great, took some time for the developers to get to me but that is understandable given the tickets they had. Expect a little wait for them to get to you if you have an issue (a few days) but totally worth it. They are running a business just like all of us.
Hi Sara, Sorry about the delay. We did receive your ticket on Friday and we just haven't had a chance to respond yet. We have 4 dedicated team members but we get at times over 400 tickets/day and over the weekend they pile up. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Most of our apps are free and our support is free and we try our best to manage but with recent spikes in installs, it's hard to manage. We are working on adding a couple of more team members as well as improve the auto-responder process. We'd appreciate if you would give us another chance and give the review a second look. While we certainly dropped the ball on this one with you, it's not representative of us and the applications we try to build and most importantly the type of exceptional service we want to give EVERY client, big or small. As a business owner, I hope you understand. I'll have a team member follow up with you regardless to get this resolved. Appreciate the patience :)

I must say that Hulk Apps provides AMAZING support. They've gone above and beyond to help with some customization and I really appreciate how helpful they are and how quickly they respond. If an app by Hulk Apps can help me on any future project, I will absolutely try them first!

The app and support is great. It took some time setting up because of the complexity of Product structure but we got it to work. We are using it for Wholesale functionality and are offering our wholesalers tiered discounts. Thanks for their support team on helping us get this setup. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Hi there, Sorry to hear your experience with the installation process. We checked and unfortunately there were a couple of steps that were missed. Sometimes each theme is unique and requires additional changes to make everything work. That's why we offer free support to all of our clients. We'd love to get this resolved for you and hopefully you will update the review after we fix the implementation since we have experts that do these all day. We hope you'll give us a chance and update the review as it's certainly not the best depiction of our service and app. We try our best everyday to handle 100s of requests for each of our apps and we'd love one more chance to make this right for you. Website always under heavy load- never have the opportunity to update any promotions. Not sure if discounts are automatically applied or if discount code must be created in Shopify
Hi there. Please reach out to us so we can fix the issue on your site. The Heavy load issue was temporary as we've seen an influx of new stores with large inventories that slowed down servers. I am currently using the free version of this app. Recently i encounter some issues with the discount feature at the check out page. I contacted their help desk and their response was super fast. They replied within 2 hours and resolved my issue within a day. Even though i am only using the free version they still helped me with my problems. They help us to do some customized at first, However, it occurs many problem on the product page and cart page. Then they did not provide any help to us and did not reply our email. Our store is in a mess now ! So disappoint for their service.

I used this app to give my customers an incentive to buy in bulk. And it has significantly increased my sales. I currently use the basic version for free. Also whenever I needed assistance with anything, the guys at Hulk apps was more than happy to help and was very prompt. I highly recommend this app.

I am wholesaler and wanted to configure my retail shopify site with Volume discount so i can also sell wholesale. I tried Volume and Tiered Discounts Shopify app. Initially there were some issues but they were resolved very quickly by an excellent support team of HulkApps. I am pleased to manage my Wholesale and Retail customers using one version of website. Thank you Hulk Apps. Strongly recommend using this app if you are looking to offer Volume/Tiered discounts to your customer.
