Before getting here, I tried many apps and none seem to work like I wanted. On my last try before loosing my mind, I decided to give this app a try. Oh man, it sure delivered. I contacted the support team and they helped me out with all my needs. So, thank you! I recommend this team to everyone.

For one thing, the app did not work for me. After following the written instruction and creating a discount, nothing was displayed on the product pages in the live environment. Let us say that was user error and easily fixed, the entire product advertisement is misleading. It displays as FREE, not free plan available or anything. It is not free because essential features are locked behind a monthly pay wall that is grossly overpriced. Good day sir

As far as the advertisement goes, there is nothing written there that is not available for free. In fact, let me break it down for you, the below features have always been available in our Free plan: 1. Quantity-based discounts 2. Fixed discount offer 3. Multiple discount types 4. Pause offers 5. Apply bulk discounts to products You can get more information about our Free v/s Pro features from our Support Team on [email protected] and if you wish to try out all our app features, you can use the Pro free for 14 days. Our developers can help you complete your app installation and then when you are content with our app and service, we request you to leave a review with something that is fitting. I was using this app since the last year and it was working absolutely fine but after the recent update, it stopped working. Please help

Update: The delay in the installation was due to being the app being free and having limited resources for a free app - fair enough. However, when installation occurred, they requested I remove the dynamic checkout button from product pages and they disabled the ajax cart (not on the live site) as the app doesn't work with those features. So many stores use an ajax cart - I think you should update your description to avoid wasting anyone's time. I have found a paid app with better support.

This app caused our Checkout button to take a long time to load which caused our conversion rate to plummet.

All I can say is WOW! The customer service and dev team are truly AMAZING...I was very skeptical after initially downloading the app to my store and not being able to get to see the discounts being applied automatically at checkout. However, I reached out to CS pretty much kicked back and within 24-36 hrs everything was coded correctly and worked like a charm. THANK YOU for creating such an outstanding app and for hiring such caring people on the front lines to make sure everything runs smooth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5/5 easily :-)
