I asked for a simple code tweak to fix an alignment issue this app was causing on my cart page. Support asked for way too many permissions for my liking. Why does your staff need access to my orders, customers, marketing and reports for a simple code tweak. I've requested much more detailed work from other apps and never had to give access to these sections. Worse yet, my ask for a simple explanation as to why access is needed was met with a very poor response "Our developer needs access as mentioned". Yes, ok. But why? I'm happy to change my review once a proper explanation can be made, until then I will be uninstalling, as per Shopify's advice. My simple advice to other merchants is beware.

I dont know why but sometimes all of products information was totally removed and i have to resync them which costed alot of times!

Enjoyed adding this app to our website. we are currently testing this app for our longterm use. Good thing is their customer support is trying their best to help out. UI presentation and menus needs updating though, makes me feel insecure if i did the right thing.

I've been using this app for months perfectly, then a few weeks ago there was an update. It adds the discount but when you go to checkout the discount is removed. This has resulted in emails from customers and lost sales. So I've been forced to uninstall and find something else.

This app provides basic quantity discounts and that part works well. However, an item which is not disclosed on their description page is this app does not work with Paypal Express Payment and other payment types from the Cart Page. It only provides proper discounts from the Checkout Page. If you offer Paypal Express Checkout or other Cart Page payments it won't calculate the discount for your customer. I found out the hard way. If they could fix this issue the app would be 4 stars. If they would update the app to allow different Discount Text per Offer versus one Discount Text to be used for all Offers this app would be 5 stars. Feb 26, 2019 update: Just discovered that the Shopify Discount Code is also disabled if a customer buys any products that use the HulkApp volume discount. HulkApp didn't tell us this limitation up front. They now have a work around (supposedly) but you have to add more of their code where you believe you need it... Part of the beauty of Shopify is being able to build a website without having to know code. This HulkApp drags you into coding. Be aware... Dropped my rating to a 1 star with this new information. I can tell that Support is trying to help but the solutions are often a bit cryptic for my skillset and involve editing code... Not where I wanted this to go.

I used this app to provide a product discount option for my products. I had some issue getting it working in the cart. I contacted support and they fixed the issue within a few days. It is working perfectly. If you need a discount solution I have no issue in recommending this app!

They are wonderful - they have fixed every issue I have needed for free, and they do it pretty quickly! They don't seem to be US based so they work when it's our night - if they have a question for you it could take up to a couple days just because of the delay in response. But it's worth it! Great app! They even customized it for our specific need which was amazing! I would definitely recommend!

I have used this app to apply volume discount on sets of filter but product count vary every now and then showing non-reliable or inaccurate filtered products. Like I have tried using the same filter selecting any two conditions at every trigger of apply button Product Type: Refills Product Type: Refills - Ink Cartridges Initially, the app showed 884 matching items and then 128, 242, 264,etc. Note: None of the product is added/deleted from Shopify while executing such operation so that it results abruptly. Another note for the app developer is that they should revise its fetching codec or please fix such kind of issues that creates a non-reliable output every now and then. Neither it shows dynamic nature of fetching nor static one but an irregular output which means an exception of the code that bridges in retrieving the output within a timeframe, etc. For CUSTOMERs, If the output is fetched correctly then only we can rely on this app to ease work in just few minutes to handle bulk product. But, the factor is RELIABLE OUTPUT which is MISSING!!!! ***********************************sad-to-say************************************
