This app was great and worked well until two weeks ago. All of a sudden it stopped working. I have been emailing the support team with little to no response. Very frustrating. It has affected our online store immensely. Update: After three weeks they were finally able to get the app working. When the app works it is excellent. When it went down, it took forever to repair. I am now concerned with the reliability if the app and the response time from the help desk. For now I am giving it another try. Hopefully that will be the end of my frustration.

I just started using this APP and have been very pleased. It is FREE and that makes it wonderful! Especially for newbies! I love the clear tier discounts that appear on my product page.

I used this app but it only shows a table on the product page and the discount doesn't apply at all. Tried contacting support but only after exchanging few email they were able to fix the issue. Now the app is working fine.
we are sorry that you uninstalled and that we couldn't help with the problem. Sometimes, themes are structured differently, and it's difficult for us to accomodate every single request. In most cases, it works just fine. If you still want our help, reach out once more and we'll try one more time to make it happen.

Great app, too bad you can't remove their table of contents. It's ugly as hell so I uninstalled. Other than that, it works great.
We are sorry that you uninstalled and that we couldn't provide you options to customize your offer table earlier. With our future release, we promise to incorporate more flexibility with the tables. We also provide CSS and JS blocks for advanced design customization. In case If you still want our help, reach out once more and we'll try one more time to make it happen.

this is a good app but the new functionality of adding discount code is not working correctly. The expired discount code will still work on this module, therefore, you will have to delete the discount code instead of expired the discount code for now.

Best free quantity discount on the app store. Needed some help from the technical support, it took them a few days but they solved my concern and cared about my support ticket.

I was very impressed with customer service, since it is a free app. I would definitely recommend anyone to try this app. It does the job very well,the support is awesome, and the most important it is FREE :D

Your app is being buggy at the moment. It says: "NEXT STEPS? You just need to click on Update, and app will automatically implement the new codes and take the backup of your old files. It's a 1-click process." But... there's no way for me to Update.

This app is awesome. We needed volume pricing for a few of our items and this does exactly what we need. I had some 'coding' issues with the installation process (not hard to do but there was info missing from ours). I contacted them for support; for a free app they were incredibly quick to respond and had resolved our issues within 24-36 hours. I would definitely recommend this app!

Auto discount is so much better than coupon discounts for new customers. Even though the purchase is rather low now, probably this helps customers to purchase directly ...

It's the best free App for bulk discounts I found. There are two weak points: 1. No discount calculated when dynamic checkout is used / 2. I had an issue that the discounts were not shown at cart view (only at checkout) But I contacted the support team and they solved this issue ASAP. That's awesome especially for a free App!
