This tool make my cart totally down !!! As i made the mistake not to save my store since a week... ALL have been lost !!! VERY BAD APP, BE CAREFULL ! (and save before trying if you are mad)
Hi there, We are sorry about your issues. Our process lets you chose which theme and asks you to provide a backup of your theme as well. We are not sure if you manually did the installation and missed a step but we are happy to take a look and help do this for you free of charge. Every theme is different and one main reason why we offer installation support to help customers who lack the skill and knowledge working with code and do it for them. Thank you.

This app is great, we installed it just before we launched our new and improved website, and right away we see it's working great for upp-selling. We had no issue with installing and setting up, all really simple. We only had slight issue with 2 factors on site, both minor issues, one related to translation of one word, and other issue we didn't even realize we had untill support was working on the translation and fixed the other issue aswell. Superb customer service. highly recommended

Great free product, does exactly what I need it to do. The Hulk Code team even customized the display format on my site within 24 hours and for free, looks great.

I had to ask for help to remove a rogue line of code. They got it done within 24 hours. They are on the other side of the world from me. I let them know about in the late morning MDT and by the next morning it was done. Awesome!

Awesome! This app is exactly what I was searching for! I had an issue with the chart not really fitting into my product page and they resolved the issue within 24 hours and even added some extra features on my website. It works really good! Absolutely recommended! :-)

Amazed at the customer support that HulkApps has provided me! They've helped me modify this plugin to work even better than it does out of the box. We've been looking for an app for about a year that allows us to have tiered pricing without creating variations, and this app does it perfectly! It works great, looks great and has immediately increased cart values. Legends, HIGHLY recommended. AND, if you have issues, contact their support team, they are fantastic.

SO IT WORKS BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE APP AFFECTED MY FACEBOOK PIXEL SO THE WHOLE TIME I WAS GETTING SALES IT SHOWS THAT THE MINUTE I DOWNLOADED THIS APP THE DATA STOPPED NOW THAT SUCKS SERIOUSLY!!!

Very seamless integration. This app does exactly what it says: provide easy tiered based pricing. I love how you can set pricing based on percentages off or dollar amounts. I had a little trouble with the integration/setup, but support responded swiftly and everything was up running within a few hours. I’m super pleased and highly recommend!

The app is fantastic. The other volume discount apps cost hundreds of dollars a year and this app does just as good of a job for free. Also, amazing support. I had a code issue when I switched themes and they were on top of it. Thanks!
