The app is completely misleading. I set up a promotion so my customers will save 10% for 1 item, 20% for 2 items, 30% for 3+ items...as the app suggests they can do. I paid for advertising and posted the offer on all my sales channels and social media. Only to get a heap of complaints that it only works if they purchase multiples of the same item. Who wants more than 1 of the same thing?! When I contacted support, they took hours to get back to me and fobbed off my issue saying "sorry we don't support this function". I've had to refund customers the difference, take down all my advertising and re-advertise at my own cost, as well as losing customers trust. Their marketing is completely misleading and the support is non existent.

I used this app to get more sales. It didn't work well with my theme. My theme is a bit special. I have contacted support and Heena was very helpful in resolving this issue promptly. Thanks to the team and Hulk Apps for providing us this app for free.

An amazing, super simple quanity break app that has a nice style and you cant beat free! In 2019, the quanity break is the equivalent to the upsell but better. The majority are already buying 1 of the product and when they see a % discount on 2 or more, its just icing on the cake.

(Updated Review) The app works just fine. Just make sure to press the Sync button everytime you import a new product and then wait 30 seconds - 10 minutes until you receive an email (Associated with your shopify account) telling you the products have been successfully synced, and then build and publish the Bulk discount offer.

Easy to use, does what I need and more. It would be nice to edit the text that displays, and the % off does not need to show 2 significant digits after the decimal, but those are only niggles. Great job!

Didn't work at all after following all procedures and it changed the basic prices of some of our products. We need to re enter all the prices by hand now. A real nightmare!!!

Guys if you searching for bulk pricing app !? this is an awesome app that i ever had use. I'ts simple and easy to use,don't f*ck up the theme liquid like BOLD (hate them) just simply generated bulk price discount. I love it,and definitely recommend it ! .

I am beyond frustrated at this point!! I have been waiting 4 days for installation and still nothing, STOP giving me the run around, if you are not going to install it let me know for I can move on to another app. This is terrible customer support
