We had back in stock alerts set to manual send only but the app just randomly started sending out hundreds of back in stock alerts for products that were still out of stock. Really poor experience for our customers and very embarrassing for us.

On paid plans, our app is designed to send out the back-in-stock notifications automatically to the subscribers as soon as we receive a restock update from Shopify. Please be assured that our systems are designed to send notifications only when products are restocked with a positive stock quantity. One potential cause for the issue you faced could be due to the multiple store locations feature in Shopify. Even in that case, our app can be configured to provide better control over the restock alerts based on locations. I like this app! Recently set up the Klaviyo integration and it works perfectly. Support is available very quickly should I have a question. Have been using it for quite a while now.

We've had a great experience with this app in the years that we've been using it. The Back in Stock form is clean and quick to load. We recently updated our theme and had some issues with the layout and size of the form, but Josiah from the Swym Support Team had us fixed up in a matter of hours. Nice!

La aplicación es muy buena y el retorno en ventas se ve reflejado claramente en las cifras. I have been dealing with Shrey on adding something to our website. He has been amazingly helpful and has been getting back to me daily. I really love that my customers get alerted when an item comes back into stock. I used to email them manually. This saves time and makes sure that no one gets missed.
