I never written a negative review but there has to be one. This app messed up my coding completely. I use Prestige theme and it has been 5 days since there is no progress ahead and I am only 3 days to launching the site. If you Prestige theme, do not integrate this app because it is not compatible. I am glad others found this app useful, it didn't seem to work out with mine. Technical support could be a little more prompt. Thanks guys anyway.

Our sales improved since we started using this app. We have a wide range of artisanal products which are not available at all time; Customers need to rely on an efficient tool/notification system to know when certain products are back in stock, especially with boutique shops like ours. This app has been really great for us in capturing emails, data on products that are arriving soon to help us identify the demand for a specific product or size. We've also found that best-selling products that have come back through returns are selling immediately because of the back-in-stock notifications. The team are really helpful with any custom changes or help that we need for custom development - would highly recommend purely from the great support.

So far so good. A configuration error caused the app to not work for the first month. After watching it and setting up test I noticed that the stock status was not updating properly. Contacted support and after a couple of days it looks to be working properly and I have received the back in stock notifications. Pros, We have about 8000 SKUS and the reporting is good and is allowing me to see what out of stock products our clients are interested in. Inventory is an issue after the China Virus so it is nice to see what Inventory I should be pushing for. Currently I am seeing that a lot of the same people are requesting to be notified about multiple products. Would I recommend this app? Yes, the price looks to be about right and it is working as advertised. Cons, Being pestered by support multiple times to write a review.
