Back in Stock is easy to install and customize, looks great on the product, and works smoothly to automatically send emails to customers. Support is very fast and effective.

We were looking for an app that would allow for product notifications, and this is perfect! We had some troubles with setting up, but the team was always very helpful and replied within minutes - customer service 5*! Definitely recommend this app

I never written a negative review but there has to be one. This app messed up my coding completely. I use Prestige theme and it has been 5 days since there is no progress ahead and I am only 3 days to launching the site. If you Prestige theme, do not integrate this app because it is not compatible. I am glad others found this app useful, it didn't seem to work out with mine. Technical support could be a little more prompt. Thanks guys anyway.

Our app codes and snippets are carefully designed to ensure that they wouldn't interfere with the critical elements of your page or your existing codes in any way. Also, We lose access the moment you uninstall the app and that prevents us from cleaning up all our files from your theme. However, we are committed to helping you remove any remnant codes, and our support team has reached out to you with that context. We usually respond to our support tickets in 1 business day. Anshu from the Swym support team was extremely helpful in the minor bugs I was seeing with this app on my site and product pages. He was patient and helped perfect the feature on my store, which I greatly appreciate! As for the app itself, it's a no-brainer to add so that you're not missing out of site visitors who have interest in an out-of-stock product. Great app!

Our sales improved since we started using this app. We have a wide range of artisanal products which are not available at all time; Customers need to rely on an efficient tool/notification system to know when certain products are back in stock, especially with boutique shops like ours. This app is super user-friendly and gets the job done! Simple as that. We needed some help about a layout issue and the Tech Support solved it within the same day. Very pleased :) Thank you!

This app has been really great for us in capturing emails, data on products that are arriving soon to help us identify the demand for a specific product or size. We've also found that best-selling products that have come back through returns are selling immediately because of the back-in-stock notifications. The team are really helpful with any custom changes or help that we need for custom development - would highly recommend purely from the great support.
