Swym Back in Stock Alerts

This app helps with collecting emails when your items are out of stock, and automatically sends reminder emails the minute it is back in stock. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that you cannot modify the layout and feel of the app, however the support team would help you with that in a jif. Not bad overall.

The app has all functionalities I was looking for. I had some questions and received quick answers, they are really helpful. Highly recommend this app.

I'm puzzled over the many great reviews this app has received. This app was a headache from start to finish. The setup wasn't too smooth either, it didn't update changes I made and really wasn't intuitive. Ridiculously expensive for any valuable features, I couldn't even disable the email send outs on the 15 USD Starter plan. Support was slow, left me hanging for more than a week after which I noticed that they never helped with my issue. It probably does what it promises on the Pro plan, but if I knew that the real cost would be 50USD a month I would have never touched it.

Great app for driving conversions on out of stock and coming soon products. The support team, in particular, has been a highlight of this app, very responsive, and highly knowledgeable.

So far the App has been working as described. Customer service is prompt and very helpful with all their inquiries. Big thumbs up!

I installed this app to allow my customers to set alerts for their favorite items from my shop since I keep a limited inventory. I also wanted to gage what items were in high demand. I have two Swym apps installed and they were able to quickly assist me with a display issue during off hours. I am certainly looking forward to upgrading as my business grows. Thank you!

Nice app and nice staff. Is intuitive. But for downloading the information in a simple way you have to be PRO. As Free only gives you the archive in .csv and you can’t see the images. PRO is quite expensive.

Easy integration, looks great and does what I want without a lot of fuss. Support was also very quick and helpful too. I highly recommend.

**Second Update** Only after changing my original glowing review and leaving the review below, Swym decided to try to help me. They were very cooperative and helpful, and I am happy to say it is now working properly once again, so I will keep my subscription as it works very well for my store. I'm just disappointed that it took me leaving a less than glowing review to get them to be responsive. **Update** I originally gave this app 5 stars; I have an issue and the app is not working and they say they cannot fix it. Will be canceling my subscription; I'm so disappointed.

Back in Stock Product Alerts is a great addon feature for our store, popular with customers. Their support team was quick to respond + helpful.

I started using this app last week, and I can say it is a great app so far. I am using the free version, and it is quite complete for what I need to use now. Besides, I had some doubts setting the button at my homepage and the customer service was so helpful and nice, and most important, they came back to me in just a few hours. So if you are looking for a Back in Stock button, I would highly recommend this one.

Had an issue with the code still being present after uninstall but Krishnan provided very fast support in removing this. I uninstalled due to attempting to improve store speed and SWYM Back In Stock had little impact on that so I may well use it again in the future. The app was simple to set up and looks great on our store. It's exactly what we needed just before the busy Christmas period. Really impressed by the level of support that the dev's have given, too.

Good customer service- bugs in the beginning but they were quick to help fix them. Havent had anyone submit a back in stock request yet so more info to come...
