It offers a fast and seamless integration with WhatsApp, and the app is both highly efficient and very easy to use. We’ve been working with Wati for over three years now, and they have made significant improvements in their functionalities. They have understood the needs of agents and companies to create an effective and easy-to-use chatbot. Wati offers key features that are stable, user-friendly, and scalable, including an intuitive bot builder and comprehensive API documentation. As of now they are working AI functionalities, and offer everything else. Useful for small to big companies from basic to advance chatbots. Their support team is ok but given the difference in time zone, its sometimes slow on the replays. WHen i say slow, i mean 1 to 3 days but they usually replay.
