Amazing support! We still have to review the content, but from what we've seen, translation is great for the most part. Our only reco would be to have a plan between the 10k words 1 language and 50k 3 languages. We only need one language and have about 12k words, so we must pay for the bigger plan.... Thanks,

Great app, very easy to setup and intuitive. I missed one part and couldn't figure it out (because I didn't read enough so my fault) but Kevin from support helped me clarify things. Great app and great customer service too!

Kevin et Jeremy sont toujours réactif pour répondre à nos besoins. Cela fait plus d'un mois que nous sommes en contact et ils ont toujours trouver des réponses. Ils sont très pédagogue, un service au top. Je recommande ++++

bad application, overpriced and once you hit over 1 million words, they charge you over 2000.00$ per year. On top of that, I removed the app. almost 2 years ago and still have tags and scripts that mess up my URLs and redirect to 404 dead links. Noone had the decency of reaching out to us to tell us how to uninstall the app correctly and at least mention that if you do not delete the app. many bugs will occur if USA customers log in as their IP is redirected to www.domain.com/en-us/en-us/en/us/en-us and cannot be removed so, you get broken links and we have dropped 50% of our sales becomes of them plus because of their unprofessionalism, we never knew that the site was broken. Merci Weglot vous êtes vraiment des incompétents. A Canadian VERY unhappy customer.

Regarding the code remaining in your admin, please be aware that once the application is uninstalled, an email has been sent to your account's referral email address telling you how to completely uninstall Weglot from your environment. I've sent you in a separate email an example of such an email. Until recently, Shopify gives us the possibility to automatically delete the code of our application during an uninstallation, and we have already made the necessary changes within our plugin. Would you like me to personally investigate your admin to make sure that there is no more Weglot-related code? Please contact our team at [email protected] so our team members can discuss your concerns in more detail. You can ask for Chris, our Head of Support, so he can personally take care of your demand and help you improve your experience with our plugin About the broken URLs, I don't see any active projects in your account anymore, this means that no integration seems to be active and therefore the remaining code in your admin should not have any impact on your URLs. He utilizado esta aplicación por mucho tiempo (y probado otras) y realmente hay una diferencia grande, no solo en la edición de las traducciones y sus automatizaciones, sino también en relación al tema del SEO. El equipo de soporte (Manon, Remy, Jeremy) son rápidos y siempre bien predispuestos.

Horrible Support. I don't know how a paid app can't have a chat feature. This is an absolute Joke. It has been over 2 weeks since i am using this PAID app and things still hasn't been solved. Now i face another issue with my feed translation. This is seriously the app which gives me the most headaches out of all apps i am using

I've analyzed further the conversation you've just had with our Support team and it seems that the undesired behavior you've experienced are due to an unfinished configuration of the subdomains. I'd be really glad to help you further integrate the subdomain-based integration into your website if you're willing to give us another chance. Note that Weglot also proposes a beta subdirectory-based integration that allows you to display the translations on URLs such as https://haltungshelfer.de/nl/ for instance for a Dutch translation. Ik heb meerdere apps geprobeerd, maar ben uiteindelijk super blij met Weglot. Het support team is ook geweldig. Je vragen worden snel beantwoord en voor alles is wel een oplossing.

I used the Weglot App for Shopify to translate my online store into several languages and I was very satisfied with the results. The application is easy to use and has a wide range of languages to choose from. Additionally, I received excellent assistance from Jeremie, who helped me resolve a business issue. I am very grateful for his support and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable translation application for their online store.

Nice intuitive app, customer support is very good and looking for solutions. Manual translation enables us to use the industry specific lingo.

I have to say that I'm a tad disappointed with weglot. There's a few things that frustrate me. 1) the pricing. It's expensive compared with other similar apps 2) the support. Every month we seem to go over our word count. We've tried removing languages. But we've just launched a new theme and within days it says we're almost exceeding our translations. So something's not right? Support isn't very good at explaining. I'm thinking of looking elsewhere

Great app! If you have very specific words I recommend to check the automatic translation to correct it. Their help centre is very responsive and highly effective. I Highly recommend it.

After a lot of research of which translation app to use for expanding our sales internationally and offering our customers a site translated in English (we have Swedish as original language) the choice fell on Weglot. The functionality, AI/automatic translations, translations in iFrames made possible and the best and most important thing we couldn't even know before taking the plunge - the amazing support we have received by the support team, in particular the help of Alexis has been invalueable. Very happy to recommend this app to everyone who is looking for a great translation app for their Shopify store.
