Customer service is responsive and helpful. The app is well considered for how translations may affect your SEO in different regions. The app is also easy to use and manage.
Good app and great customer service. I don't use the app that much but the customer support is very friendly and helpful as they solved my issue in a minute.

I recently started using the Weglot app and, honestly, while the technology itself is impressive, it was the human touch in their support that truly won me over. Mr. Jeremy from their team was an absolute gem. When I was struggling with styling the language switcher, he stepped in, guiding me patiently through each step. It's evident he knows the ins and outs of the system, but more than that, he took the time to truly understand my concerns and address them. It's rare to find such a combination of technical know-how and genuine customer care these days. Kudos to Weglot and especially to Mr. Jeremy for making my experience a memorable one!
Using this app makes everything so much easier! It saved soooo much time. Instead of manually adding the translation we just added Weglot. We'll use it for upcoming localizations, too! Support Kevin is super quick and is always finding the right solutions. Thanks a lot!
Not only the best translation app you can use for your website, quite frankly the most knowledgeable and responsive support anywhere.
Automatic translations are so much better then shopifys native service and with subdirectory integration there are no SEO or UX downsides anymore. Also rule-based translating is such a charm. Amazing product & service.
Great app, the setup is simple, and it translates everything automatically for you. When you want to go through the automatic translations, you can use a visual editor to make the changes directly in the store and not by clicking through text fields without context. The most important thing why I am using this app now instead of the others is because it translates everything that is changing straight away, especially incoming reviews. Great work, I really enjoy using it.

Everything just works fine, excellent translations, and last but not least Kevin from customer service helped us in in two easy steps how to solve the problem. He created a step for step/click to click.. how to solve the problem video explanation about dynamics elements. Now we can go online in French, Italian, German & English. Thank you a lot Kevin & Weglot.

Amazing support! We still have to review the content, but from what we've seen, translation is great for the most part. Our only reco would be to have a plan between the 10k words 1 language and 50k 3 languages. We only need one language and have about 12k words, so we must pay for the bigger plan.... Thanks,
Great app, very easy to setup and intuitive. I missed one part and couldn't figure it out (because I didn't read enough so my fault) but Kevin from support helped me clarify things. Great app and great customer service too!
Kevin et Jeremy sont toujours réactif pour répondre à nos besoins. Cela fait plus d'un mois que nous sommes en contact et ils ont toujours trouver des réponses. Ils sont très pédagogue, un service au top. Je recommande ++++
bad application, overpriced and once you hit over 1 million words, they charge you over 2000.00$ per year. On top of that, I removed the app. almost 2 years ago and still have tags and scripts that mess up my URLs and redirect to 404 dead links. Noone had the decency of reaching out to us to tell us how to uninstall the app correctly and at least mention that if you do not delete the app. many bugs will occur if USA customers log in as their IP is redirected to www.domain.com/en-us/en-us/en/us/en-us and cannot be removed so, you get broken links and we have dropped 50% of our sales becomes of them plus because of their unprofessionalism, we never knew that the site was broken. Merci Weglot vous êtes vraiment des incompétents. A Canadian VERY unhappy customer.

Regarding the code remaining in your admin, please be aware that once the application is uninstalled, an email has been sent to your account's referral email address telling you how to completely uninstall Weglot from your environment. I've sent you in a separate email an example of such an email. Until recently, Shopify gives us the possibility to automatically delete the code of our application during an uninstallation, and we have already made the necessary changes within our plugin. Would you like me to personally investigate your admin to make sure that there is no more Weglot-related code? You can ask for Chris, our Head of Support, so he can personally take care of your demand and help you improve your experience with our plugin About the broken URLs, I don't see any active projects in your account anymore, this means that no integration seems to be active and therefore the remaining code in your admin should not have any impact on your URLs. He utilizado esta aplicación por mucho tiempo (y probado otras) y realmente hay una diferencia grande, no solo en la edición de las traducciones y sus automatizaciones, sino también en relación al tema del SEO. El equipo de soporte (Manon, Remy, Jeremy) son rápidos y siempre bien predispuestos.
Great product, easy onboarding and top notch support team. We moved from 1 to 5 languages in few hours thanks to weglot. Of course you need to translate few words manually but it's really easy and fast thanks to the glossary. The Visual Editor helps to make sure that your website design is respected. I strongly recommend Weglot and recommend to contact the support (Fanny and Will especially) if you encounter some difficulties. I've try many apps before weglot and it's definitely a game changer.
