Très impressionné par cette application de traduction ! Nous venons d'une autre plateforme avant Shopify qui nous obligeait à prendre un service de traduction pour nos descriptions. Désormais, tout se fait automatiquement grâce à Weglot ! Vraiment très éfficace. Facile à utiliser Service support de qualité Prix mini et super pour la qualité de l'app et des traductions ! Je recommande !

There is no perfect translation app on the market but that app is to me the best one as it allows you to have your store translated in multiple languages in 1' which is awesome - translations aren't perfect in some cases but it's more than enough to start selling in many countries - if needed, you can always customise them - support team is very professional and they respond quickly ! well done :)

The app is very good, easy to use, the developers were very nice and helpful. They helped us with all the problems we had, advised us on the problem we faced.

I decided to update my negative review after the negative experience i had with one of Weglot support member. The matter was addressed by the management who reach out to me within 24h in friendly polite way, My technical problem (excluding content from being auto translate) still exist but I hope Weglot will be able to solve it.

At first it felt like a really big project to translate my whole site but with the Visual Editor it was super easy. There were some things I needed help with and I can honestly say that the support from Guillaume is the best support I have ever received from an app developer. He literally responded within 1 hour of me reaching out with the problem already solved. 10/10. UPDATE: Just received world class customer experience once again and got help with custom css coding to adjust the language switcher to my theme. 10/10 as always! UPDATE2: Once again, THANK you for the support! Been using Weglot for almost 3 years now.

Extremely convenient app for automatic translations. Works like magic in the background with very precise translations. In our case we go from English to German and it works in 95% of the time without us re-checking the translations. Especially helpful was the support - so shoutout to Fanny and Nathalie for helping me with all small problems immediately. All the best and keep up the good work! :)

Fast answer and resolved my problem in no time. Very reliable and friendly service. Mark answer our emails very quickly with the correct response to our problem. Weglot is a great team for any business looking for a professional translator.

20 bucks a month for that is pure scam. The app is full of bugs, it changes things you already corrected, the glossary isn't working properly. I've spent a lot of time of my translation due to this bad app and I'm not even done. And, there are also some pages that are only partly translated. This is such a useless mess!

We would be happy to help you out as I see you had not reached out to support concerning any of your issues. To date, we do not have any bugs present, Weglot does not change things you have corrected so I would be happy to explain how it works. We do have to mention that writing us messages like: "tell the sales b*** that wrote me on Facebook about my review that she'd better go to hell!" is not constructive at all for us to help you. We just want other users to see that although we wished to help you, you continued to insult us. Best of luck and we hope everything works out for you.

When you install the app. It does not warn you before modifying the store. The "correct" way would be to have a setting or prompt "do you want to add a language picker. Not just adding it and write "hey, we have added a language picker"

Had my wish list fulfilled in handling model names to be excluded from translation and few other tailored translations. Concise and replied on the same day, thank you Alexis.

I was hesitating between several translation options, but during my exploration 1 company stood out above all the rest. The quick, efficient, and thorough communication provided by Alexis at Weglot made my decision easy. Alexis provided troubleshooting and tailored guidelines that walked me through and allowed me to overcome the obstacles that I was facing during set-up process due to an outdated Macbook. Weglot has been a thoroughly positive experience, and I strongly recommend them!

Very Good app, got my store in two languages just in seconds. Easy to review translations thanks to the visual editor. Very good customer support which was so involved and quick answering our questions and solving problems. Special mention to Fanny who made everything easy. Of course I will recommend the app.

I like the app, just had some trouble starting it, not knowing that I had to go through the pages to have them translated... And to install the app, I had this roaming page about installation... It lasted several days like this, not knowing what to do. The support I received from Guillaume was fast and effective, so thanks to him!
