Very useful app for Shopify stores. Easy to set up and WhatsApp automation works smoothly for order confirmations and customer communication. Helped improve response time and overall customer experience. Highly recommended!

We are facing serious issue. It keeps disconnecting again and again, which is causing major disruption to our work. because of this, our WhatsApp number also gets temporarily banned sometimes for 1–2 days. This is creating significant problems for our business. Please review and improve your app’s security policies and overall stability. The app should be designed in a way that complies with WhatsApp’s security guidelines to prevent these repeated bans and disconnections. We request you to resolve this matter urgently.

The app automatically disconnects from the WhatsApp phone number of our Shopify page without notice. Don't understand why that keeps happening and then we have to link it to our WhatsApp account every time.
