I have been using WhatsFlow for my e-commerce store for a while now, and the results have been outstanding. This app has completely automated our order verification process, saving us hours of manual work every day

We installed WhatFlow on our Shopify store with high expectations, as the app promotes a strong feature set and advanced automation capabilities. Unfortunately, our experience did not match those promises. In practice, most of the default triggers did not execute at all, and only a few triggers configured through Shopify Flow were intermittently executed. This made the automation unreliable and unsuitable for real business use, especially for time-sensitive customer communication. Equally, concerning was the lack of effective customer support. Despite reaching out multiple times, we did not receive meaningful assistance or a clear effort to troubleshoot and resolve the issues. Due to these persistent problems, we have uninstalled WhatFlow from our store and migrated back to the WhatsApp Business API using the WaSend app, which has proven to be significantly more stable and dependable for our requirements. While the concept behind WhatFlow is promising, the current execution, trigger reliability, and support responsiveness need substantial improvement before it can be recommended for production use.

WhatsFlow WhatsApp Automation ne meri business communication bohat easy bana di hai. Sab se best feature order confirmation ka hai — customer ko turant WhatsApp par order confirm ho jata hai, jis se trust bhi build hota hai aur cancellations bhi kam hoti hain. Auto-replies, follow-ups aur broadcast messages bilkul smooth kaam karte hain. Time save hota hai aur customer satisfaction clearly improve hoti hai. Highly recommended for online businesses!

WhatFlow has been a game-changer for our store. The automated order confirmations and fulfillment updates via WhatsApp are flawless, drastically cutting down on our customer service queries and operational load.

app is not good facing too much problems they only send 2 to 3 person a day but after some hours it stop resolve this issue
