I’ve been using Whatflow with my Shopify store and it has made customer communication so much easier. The integration is smooth, and it allows me to connect with customers directly on WhatsApp in a professional way. I really like how simple it is to set up, and the automation features save a lot of time. It not only improves customer support but also helps increase sales by making follow-ups quick and personal. The interface is user-friendly, and their support team is always responsive whenever I need help.

How does abandoned cart recovery feature work? Can't do anything in the app, rest is all very good!

We were initially happy with this app, but unfortunately it has now become a headache. It disconnects frequently, sometimes every few days, which affects our workflow. The support team has not been helpful. Responses often take 2–3 days, and the only solution we get is “please reconnect,” which does not resolve the actual issue. Tags are not applied properly, and our WhatsApp number has been temporarily blocked three times due to these problems. As a brand, this has caused us significant loss and inconvenience. While the app may be affordable, the service and quality are very poor. We would strongly suggest improving support and system reliability, even if it means increasing the pricing. At this point, we are planning to move to an alternative solution.

I have been using WhatFlow for my store and I’m very happy with the results. It has completely streamlined our order confirmation process and helped us reduce fake COD orders. The automation features are very easy to set up, and everything works smoothly without technical issues.

I’ve been using this WhatsApp automation app on my Shopify store for a while now and it’s been a game-changer. This app is very useless. There is a big problem on their app since last 7 days which they are not able to resolve. Their app automatically disconnects your connected WhatsApp number repeatedly due to which the customer does not get the order notification and shipping update and when you talk to their WhatsApp chat support, they say that everything is fine from their side. Their help support team is not able to solve the problem.
