I believe the plan should not be upgraded automatically. Instead, users should have the option to decide whether they want to upgrade or not. If a user exceeds their plan limit, the service should be temporarily paused until the end of the billing cycle, rather than being automatically upgraded to the next plan. By the way, the app is awesome and very affordable.

this app is such a big time saver and faster then anything out there only if we can get rid if the polls and get actual buttons in place of them would be more efficient and clean

Just started using this app, and honestly it's very easy to use, I was previously using another app which does same work but thought I'd try this one, and honestly Whatflow is way too easy to manage and thanks to Tags feature, catering the orders daily is pretty simple, easy and manageable now!
