WhatFlow: Whatsapp Automation

The messaging feature works okay so far, but it needs improvement. The biggest issue is that when a confirmation message is sent to the customer, it only appears in their chat and not on our end. As a result, when they confirm or cancel, we only see their response, and we have no way of knowing which order it refers to or what the order number is.

So Many issues related to app like all messages are not getting confirmed and team is not accessible

So far so good but there are lot of room for improvements. Ability to send test messages for each automation feature is very essential.

If your store is already profitable, this app is a worthwhile investment, automating confirmation, fulfillment, and cancellation processes and saving you hours of manual work.

I believe the plan should not be upgraded automatically. Instead, users should have the option to decide whether they want to upgrade or not. If a user exceeds their plan limit, the service should be temporarily paused until the end of the billing cycle, rather than being automatically upgraded to the next plan. By the way, the app is awesome and very affordable.
